The selection of food was very good but I did feel it was only warm temperature. Also the food that was supposed to be spicy was bland and disappointing.

Plenty of choice of hot food, pretty good quality. Most dishes replenished quickly. Dessert options a little disappointing and soft drinks very watery,

The kids won't stop talking about their experience, they love the variety of food and they said it's got good vibes abd can't wait to come again. I love it too, lovely food, place

Absolutely horrendous, had a booking for 7:30pm didn't get seated until 7:50pm, while waiting in the queue had so many pushing through with no bookings. Once finally seated food was cold and most was bare and needed refilling. Deserts were mostly gone by the time we wanted them, and some were still frozen in the middle. Staff members were absolutely useless got asked 3 times what our group size was and what time we booked for but still had to wait 20mins to be seated. We didn't enjoy this meal at all was busier then usual and very overwhelming. This was the worst time visiting we have had not sure we'll go back which is disappointing as normally its a nice place to eat.

Successfully celebrated my birthday feast here yay! Hassle is the busy period but book before you arrive .

This was a birthday lunch for my daughter and a couple of her friends. They did what teens do had fun and enjoyed stuffing their faces. What great value for money and good food

Awful experience. Cold main dishes. Soggy custard buns. Flat drinks that when we complained about them nobody replaced them. Even though we told 2 different members of staff. We were just told eventually it was the pump and to go and get new ones even though we were seated by this point. But the new ones were no better. Staff mostly teenagers that have obviously no pride in their work! The main dishes were virtually cold. The best part of the experience was the desserts that are obviously bought in as well as the ice cream that my son had, that again, nobody there has cooked. I think the problem is, it's pay before you eat so they don't care about anything that might not be to a good standard because they've already got your money so they don't care about any issues with the food or service. Such a shame it's gone so downhill because we had our first date at this place when it was Cosmo and it was lovely then so it was a special place to us. We feel we can no longer recommend this establishment.

Food was great plenty to choose from floor stuff very friendly. Only one negative they give you 90 mins to eat but don't tell you that your time starts when you walk through the door had a member of staff telling us we had to leave our table after 55 mins as they needed the table.
