Had a fabulous evening at my son's 21st dinner party for 8 .... I couldn't believe the amount of choices and let me tell you .. .there's something for everyone.. amazing staff kind and friendly and really clean.,

Its the first time i have been to spoons and theres a wide range of food unfortunately the place was disgusting food all over the floor and people was throwing it at was throwing it at each other i spotted a man n woman throwing there food at the table at their child n the child was throwing it back ! Where the seafood is there was red ants crawling on the tiles before the serving dishes my grand daughter spotted them ! The toilets are absolutely awful! It was like a cattle market! I wont be going back nor recommending! My family have been before years ago its not a nice place the tramp outside was really friendly but was alot of people outside and made me feel uncomfortable but found it hilarious that people was bringing the tramp out food thumbs up to them

Good service, but food very disappointing. Everything was very dry, as if it had been on the hot plates too long. Given the cost a very disappointing visit.

Really good Chinese options. We were hoping for a roast but they meat was dry, no roast potatoes but the gravy looked good. The refill drinks were a good positive. The desserts were ok but more choice would be good.

Food was luke warm at the best, the chicken was dry, the service was non existent apart from when I put my fork down the staff were there trying to take my plate away, I hadn't finished! The door was constantly open and it was absolutely freezing, the staff should be more in control and if there is a queue then they need to wait outside until there is room, over £120 was spent - not worth the money, if I could of gotten away without paying then I would of gone - don't waste your time or money, you can cook better at home!

Great restaurant, food was very good and good customer service.

Food was great except for the mini crab legs which were bland. Service was great, more selection might help for drinks, no everyone drink soda. Dessert was my weak point except for flavourless jelly. Environment was good, clean and cleaning on going, though loud but I understand children were there so not bad. Getting a sit was quite good too

We originally booked for three but it ended just being two of us. We was fortunately still allowed in however, there was two big tables who didnt pre book and yet was pushing past us and barging me and my boyfriend out of the way or into the door. We was scheduled to come in for 8 and when we finally got in they told us the kitchen shuts at 8:30. We didn’t see any point in dining within this restaurant at this stage as we didn’t see much value for money or good atmosphere when people would be shoving for food especially if they was shoving just to queue up. This is none of the staffs fault however more of the customers.

Even after booking in advance i had to wait . Food was cold and most of the food pots were empty.

Good food and plentiful but waiting to be seat is chaotic to say the least. A little rushed also, especially since it took us over 20 minutes before being seated and then had to get drinks , so only about an hour at table.

Although we had a booked for 5pm we had to wait in a long queue outside in the freezing cold and didn’t get our table till 5:20pm. Once at our table we then had to queue again (in a separate queue) to order drinks. This was not an ideal start to a nice Xmas get together. However the food was good and restaurant clean.

Good staff Very good and delicious food Had quality time with family. Hope to come again for the delicious rice I ate. I so much love it

okay food could've explained what the foods were a bit more clearly, but most importantly I sat in sick. which ruined the whole experience right the way to the end. took 15 minutes for us to be seated despite having a booking

OMG! That was the best meal ever in Spoons. Everything cooked to perfection. I wish we could go everyday for dinner. Can't wait to be able to go again

When we first got there they said my reservation wasn’t there even thou I had one. Then said we only had an hour before they stop making food. Then went to the toilet and 3 were blocked so only one working the floors were all soaked you had one of the workers that works out on the floor with gloves on trying to unblock the toilets then 5 mins later she’s collecting plates which wasn’t very nice. The food wasn’t great lots of things had run out and they wasn’t topping them up. The man that cooks the steaks fresh was making my step daughter loads of steaks but telling my son he could only have 2 which was very confusing he was also using 1 set of tongs for fish and meat and the same to tough raw food. all the puddings had been put away by the time we wanted on they were cleaning all the cabinets so didn’t have pudding so it’s wasn’t great won’t be returning

Went here on Thursday with family for a birthday meal, a lot of the food was cold, we had children for some of our party and they wanted plain pasta but they don’t do plain pasta. Won’t be going back as it’s over priced for what you actually get and the variety.

Went to spoons last night for a birthday meal. A lot of the food was cold and the man cooking the fresh foodwas using one set of tongs for cooked and raw. Seafood AND meat. It's no surprise the family was throwing up throughout the night and today. Sadly spoons has seen better days so won't be going back again.
