Good evening

Wasnt too busy when we went but there were still LOTS of food choices available. The food was good. It would be nice if the refillable soft drinks where included in the main price and just serve the alcohol as extra.

Booked the table for 17:00. 18 members Family and guests (Birthday Party) We were told that we will only have 1.5hrs. I agreed paid but guests arrived slightly late due to the taxis. At 18:29 a member of the staff came over to me and said we have to leave as 1.5 hrs are up. I know the precise time because I looked at my watch. I said yes we were a few minutes late and some of my guests were having sweet course and will be leaving ASAP. He than became very authoritarian and said it's the company policy that you have to leave now and started clearing the plates. I went up to the reception and wanted to speak with the manager, but a young kid came over to me and said he will have a word with the person. We have been there many times but have never felt so insulted in front of my guests. It was not as if they were busy and wanted the tables or if were being noisy etc. I spent over £600 in that place and will never come back again. Worst experience. Not a place to take your guests. No management, no customer training for the staff.

Busy please but overall good food and service.

Price is too high and we had to pay for drinks separate as well time spend should at least be extended to 2 hours as some people are slow eaters and dont eat much .but in all its a good service

Awful. Booked for a 60th Birthday meal, rung in advance to rearrange time of booking due to horrific weather and traffic, was told they'd hold the table. As we got there, bearing in mind there was 7 of us and 2 disabled and 2 children, there was a man stood at the door not letting anyone in, it was over filled with people which they could of explained on the phone that we would have to wait half hour more than our booking time! Safe to say it ruined a birthday, all absolutely soaking wet and not even an apology, so we had no choice but to leave. Disgusting behaviour towards customers.

We have always enjoyed spoons But prices have increased Ok going once in a while Also plastic plates now

We visit this restaurant every year for my two son's birthdays. My children love it as they enjoy trying all the different food. The food is always good and staff quick to clear food away. One and a half hours for a table is only just long enough though and doesn't give enough time to relax afterwards at all or let your food go down let alone sing happy birthday. So that could be improved by being 2 hours. It is always a huge queue to enter even though you book and it took half an hour to get seated this time. It was too long fir my 87 year old dad yo stand outside. When we were seated it was by the exit door. It was freezing as people kept leaving the door open and it was very cold outside. This did ruin our experience somewhat.

Everything was superb

The que was quick the table was by the bar so was a little cold but that couldnt be helped but the food was great wide range of food but a very big down fall for me was when the staff started changing the bin in the bar then put the bin bags right by our table and then picked up all the mats didnt smell pleasant and then there was loads of little flys i would say 5 star but on this occasion i would give it a 2 star if you visit i would make sure you dont sit by the bar or first few booths

Ok. You have a maximum 1.5hr period to be at the resturant. This is pretty abserd as for birthday dinners, such as the one for this particular day, the people like to chat and catch up, not so much run and get food. To have someone cone and say you have to leave (we still had 2 half bottles of wine) was quite embarrassing, and likely for that reason would never recommend or never return

Very chaotic, loud environment, very busy with children messing around in the desert section. Luke walm food, and is nothing outstanding. staff just stare at you whilst your eating. Staff seem stressed to clear and eager to clear your plates. Management not very welcoming even though we had a booking.

We had a fabulous meal before the theater. I started with roast dinner followed by Chinese and then a selection of dessert. Only wish I had room for more there was so much to choose from

I went there yesterday with my nine friends for my birthday and it was a chance for us to get together. We went for the 7 o’clock booking. Food was useful standard however even though it says 90 minutes literally at 90 minutes someone came over and said one of the waiters that we needed to vacate we were in the middle of conversations and it was highly awkward and actually it spoiled the evening because we were gonna stay for a little bit more, there was not a long queue outside and there were literally dozens of empty tables Absolutely terrible service Some of my Guest was so upset and they had been travelling for two hours to come and spend some time with me on my birthday. So disappointed
