Everything was perfect.

My whole family enjoyed a dinner at Spoon, Chatham. Thank you for the varieties of food.

I've visited this place many times because I genuinely love the food — it's consistently delicious and definitely worth every penny. That said, the service leaves a lot to be desired. It's not the worst, but there's plenty of room for improvement. The biggest downside is the atmosphere. On hot days, it's almost unbearable inside — the air feels heavy, and ventilation is poor. To make matters worse, the toilets are often dirty and clearly not cleaned regularly, which is really off-putting. Great food, but the place seriously needs better hygiene and customer service.

Came with my daughters for my birthday. As one of my children is autistic and only 11 but tall we were asked to pay full price for her after some discussion with one of your lady’s she aloud us to pay for a child. She doesn’t eat hardly any food as tube fed. We were most disturbed when two of your male waiters where watching her every time she went up to try something as it seemed they were seeing how much she eat as it is it was mainly just sweet food. It did make us feel abit uncomfortable at times

Not nice people work there not nice to children

Booked for 5 people at 5.30, only 4 could make it so we was told to wait another 10 minutes for them to sort out a table for 4 people, in the mean time a family of 4 from the walk-in queue came straight and were given a table but we were still waiting and had a booking which was made 3 weeks ago! Door staff very rude! Staff looked miserable! Been coming here for few years but I’m not so sure we will come back!

Always enjoy coming to spoons kids love it, the only thing I noticed on this occasion was while I was waiting for the pizza to come out the oven I watch when it was ready the man cut a cheese pizza with the same knife he just cut a pepperoni pizza with, not good if your vegetarian , cross contamination!!

Absolutely fantastic meal, lots of variety definitely something for everyone, the staff were very efficient and the turn around system was great, well done to you all, being fathers Day they were extremely busy but constantly fresh food coming out nothing was empty, tables cleaned straight away, will definitely go again

Staff are not accomodating. Costumer service is very poor. I booked 10 people separately 6 and 4 as unable to contact the place despite of doing it in many occasions. Explained situation to the reception but didn’t listen to the explanation and let us sitted apart. It was our friend’s birthday but they didn’t accommodate our request. There were a lot of vacant sits for us to be sitted together but they chose us to sit apart. The celebration that were meant to do, didn’t happened anymore. I begged from the staff( Saman) to please let us sit together but declined our request and ignore it. I hope the management will review this matter to prevent from happening again.

Had a lovely evening. Food was lovely as always. Did find that a couple of the dessert bite size things were still frozen but overall lovely

Everything was perfect. Food was more that I was expecting, everyone was so friendly, restaurant very clean and elegant.

Would not recommend chicken was raw unfortunately and told a member of staff and not bothered

Arrived half hour early of booking , parking ok £3 for 3 hrs great price . Que of 30 , seated in 15 min, easy to get drinks , plenty of choice of food and replenished quickly, tasty, fresh, clean, this was our first time and will return .

I don't often visit this restaurant and the variety and choices of food has always been great. However on this occasion I found the experience very unpleasant. If you are going to enforce the 90 minute rule then please state this at the point of payment. A member of staff came over to our table shouting stating its over 90 minutes and you are just sitting there !!! Yes I was sitting chatting with my kids ,did not have a mountain of food on my plate!! Her approach was so rude, it was just gone 8pm , empty tables, no ques but I felt bullied out of the restaurant. No thanks I don't need to be hurried off because I was not aware it MUST be 90 minutes !! I will go elsewhere and have a relaxing evening !!
