Sabrosa – OxtonThe food was tasty but nothing special- no different to what you’d get at a chain tapas restaurant. Portion sizes were good- we had three tapas each and that was a good amount. The service was poor- waited to be greeted at restaurant for a while and then when we were the two waitresses spoke to us in broken sentences between their own conversation. One waitress seemed too rushed off her feet to stay and talk to us at any length and kept apologising then walking off, while the other barely made eye contact. No one offered us any more drinks or checked to see if our food was okay. It was quite cold in there. Quite disappointed and wouldn’t go back.

The menu is just the right size to give a good choice and we could have ate all of it. Would definitely recommend. The recommended wine was also lovely. The presentation of the food was really pretty too. Style and taste, what is not to like!

If you are in Cheshire (or further away or closer by!) it’s well worth a visit to Prestbury. Visit every time we are in the area and have never been disappointed.
