Have been for a meal in the restaurant and had many take aways. The food can be lovely but as its popular you can have to wait over an hour sometimes. The staff are always very friendly and it always seems clean and tidy!

Sun Sing – NantwichHaving never tried Turkish food before I booked a table at Flavours to celebrate my birthday with friends as I'd heard good things about this restaurant. From the very beginning Fikret and Jim looked after us brilliantly and were not at all phased by curious women wanting to try everything. And we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and plentiful. There was not a crumb left on any of our plates either and that doesn't usually happen with four women! I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough - and thank you to Sally who suggested I try it in the first place. As the birthday girl I was also given a complimentary cocktail and balloons which was a complete surprise (and a lovely touch). The bonus feature is that they also do take away! I will be going back!!!
Flavours – LymmMe and my husband eat here regularly, the food is freshly cooked and tastes superb. The Saffron special chicken is gorgeous ( chicken tikka with cheese) and last week we had our very favourite meal, King Prawn bhuna , bindi baji and tarka dahl, all to die for. The service is also good, staff friendly . We highly recommend this restaurant
Saffron – Ellesmere PortAbsolutely awful. Floors filthy, tables and windows likewise. Very poor selection of "cakes", couldn't get out of there quick enough!
Burberry’s – BebingtonJust had lunch at The Watermead - never again!! The food was luke warm, very small portions and over priced. When asked if we enjoyed our meal, we said not really and to be honest no one gave a dam. I certainly won't be eating or recommending them to anyone in the future.
Water Mead – Northwichrang the restaurant from the club (Amore) bout 200 yards away sat night bout 11:30 asked could they cater 4 a party of 8 couples a guy called Imran said if we got there within 10 mins they would, when we arrived there was bout 5 couples an several guys in. the meals service and banter was excellent, we are now going 2 make it one of our regular eating house's!!!!
Frodsham Tandoori – FrodshamI often visit this pub every few weeks mainly Sundays with my family for Sunday dinner as we live local. I haven't been there for a few months so i decided to take a visit yesterday with my daughter for Sunday lunch (10/10/11) I ordered 2 roast dinners 1 chicken 1 beef. We waited for 40 mins and it wasn't even busy but we waited patiently when are food did come out the hadn't give no cutlery the girl slopped gravy off the plate all over the table didn't bat an eye and left it i asked her if the menu had changed as there was no cali on the plate or mash in fact the plate looked half empty her reply was there is a new chef still never offered to take the dinners back to put it on and walked off the customer service from the 2 girls on that afternoon was terrible no people skills what so ever! the beef was all dry on one end and cold the roast pots were like bullets. the couple next to use then got there roast and what did they have on the plate everything including mash . Its just under a tenner a dinner so not cheap u pay for the food and service you should get it. Before i left i asked the staff for the manager to make a complaint there was no one to talk to they would have to ring him to come down . So i said i would make my feelings clear on here. Well what a same i used to really love going there for Sunday lunch but think will give it a miss from now on and wouldn't recommend it to no one now. Whether they were having a bad day its no excuse because i didn't even get a sorry !!!!!!!!!!
Bunbury Arms – ChesterI was surprised to have a great meal last night as I am Vegan. There was a good choice of vegetables done in a variety of sauces, the food tasted as good as it looked. A bit pricey for me but now and then OK or maybe go there for lunch which is cheaper.
Fuxion Oriental – Ellesmere PortMMMh what a lovely place, never been before but will be returning.Great service & atmosphere too.
Ariete – WarringtonWorst food ever eaten. Terrible, just terrible place. Went to Chester for a day out with the family, fallowing advice of guy with and advert on the street, decided to eat at this Chinese place, couldn’t be more disappointed, the food was cold, look like if had been reheat several times, very rude staff when tried to complaint about, there was skin chicken on two or tree of the dishes, and to complete the menu a bite of a raw spring roll, that smelled like hell. after been there some of us were so upset about the experience that we decided to leave Chester early. Next day had to book a appointment with the GP, for my daughter, who diagnosed food poison. please don't even think about this place as a option to eat.
K1 – Chesterbest Indian in Chester lot of flavors in food. Great cocktail and service.... highly recommend
Indian Brasserie – ChesterNot just the first Indian restaurant in Stockport but the best. Taking into account the premises, the food, the ambience and the friendly hardworking staff, I challenge anyone to find a better one in the Greater Manchester area. SUPERB!
Kushoom Koly – Heaton Moori will never eat here again the food made me ill i would not feed it to my dog that's how bad it was.the service was disgusting and not helpful at all it seems all they wanted to do was take your money and as far as the owner. well i thought he was an ignorant little man who thinks he is something special if this is how he runs his business well i hope it fails very soon
Tiamo – Congletonme and my husband went here for the first time on our anniversary ,and it was fantastic the atmosphere, the food, the staff were fantastic,we really enjoyed our night out and will remember miller&carter forever as we very really can get our little baby minded,i look forward to going again .
Miller & Carter Cheshire Oaks – Ellesmere PortOver the years I have eaten at The Church Inn numerous times and always enjoyed, but my last experience (1st Oct, 2011) was terrible. The starter of mussels was was not too bad in all honesty, but the main course of Scampi was terrible and vastly overpriced at 10.50 GBP. It actually came in a basket (I thought that this was now illegal) on a plate. No vegetables or salad of any description and the Scampi should not have been called Scampi in my opinion. In case there are any questions about my authenticity this is my first review of any restaurant on any website at any time.
The Church Inn – KnutsfordBig thumbs down to the Hatton Arms Gave this venue a second chance having read good feedback but again I found it to be very average food at inflated prices. There are much better places to eat in the area.
The Hatton Arms – WarringtonUpon our arrival we were indeed treated to a feast for the eyes-fantastic premises, decor and attention to detail in the interior design. Sadly, however, this is where the praise ends- a hen party of approximately 12 persons, we ended up waiting over forty minutes for our starter and then another 50 minutes from starter to main. Waitresses were asked to describe dishes and make recommendations, neither of which they could do. The manager was rude and aggressive actually leaving the hen close to tears. We had advised them that although we were not wanting to make a fuss, so as not to spoil the night for the hen, we were not happy. No amendment to the bill was made or apology offered. Another member of the party had taken medication upon arrival and had not ordered a starter. we advised the waitress of this matter, and again, no offer of apology or solution was made. The food arrived and was, quite frankly disappointing. Over salted, dried butterbeans that appeared to have also been waiting 50 minutes to get to the table accompanied my lacklustre duck. looking around the table the faces, quite accustomed to fine dining, informed me that I was not alone in feeling this way. I would definitely NOT recommend eating here if you are hungry,in a hurry or expect quality service.
Cultivated by Elliot Hill @ Oddfellows – ChesterWow. What a nice surprise. Excellent service and food. Nice to see the manager being so attentive to all the customers. Well worth the visit.
