Enjoyed 2 evening meals at the bistro, the staff were so welcoming and friendly, the food was delicious, my husband stated he’d never had sea-bass as tasty, cheesecake / sticky toffee pudding absolutely yummy . Worth every penny for the experience we both had.

Lewis’s Bistro – GrasmereRegular visitors to Grasmere but usually in winter months so this was the first time (Sept) we have been able to dine at Lewis's. The place is warm and welcoming as are the staff. Service was excellent. The menu caters for a wide range of preference and tastes. We are not 'foodies' and prefer tasty well cooked food. There were 2 or 3 different main courses that we could happily have chosen and several days later my wife is still talking about the tasty pesto sauce that came with the chicken. Prices are slightly high but that is reflective of the Lake District as a whole these days. Thank you for an excellent meal and we will certainly try to visit again.

I can say that the food and service are the best in Keswick, it's our new favorite. it's a short walk from the center but well worth it. we will definitely be back, the menu has many options that I will be back to try. mid week but was still packed, even so everything was spot on due to very good staff, please don't change a thing and see you next time thanks.

Pheasant Inn – KeswickA new find for me, and one that I am thrilled to have made. A fantastic setting for a very good restaurant. Takes some finding (the local authority will not allow signage), but well worth it once you get there. Food was excellent, generous portions, and the menu allows many different foods to be enjoyed. I will be returning next time that I am in Langdale, and will be recommending to friends and family.
