The Plough Inn – AlfretonI booked an afternoon tea for 8 to celebrate a friends 40th birthday. Renishaw cafe asked if we’d like the table decorated and on arrival it was beautiful. I’d brought some bits to decorate the table myself and there was no need. The afternoon tea itself was delicious, not just sandwiches but homemade sausage roll and quiche. The sweets were beautiful and the scones were still warm. The service was excellent, the staff couldn’t do enough. I would highly recommend Renishaw cafe to celebrate a special occasion.
Renishaw Hall and Gardens Cafe – ChesterfieldTable was set beautifully for my birthday afternoon tea. The food was only bettered by the company! : ) Friendly staff and dog friendly!
Renishaw Hall and Gardens Cafe – ChesterfieldIdentity crisis? What we thought would be a lovely country pub really wasn’t. Parts of the pub were quite modern & other areas as expected. We were shown into the restaurant where there was 1 other table occupied however the awful ‘rave type’ music was so loud we asked to move. The other table said they were complaining as-well. The food was good in general but the experience would not make me return. It needs to be a country pub or a modern establishment it can’t be both
The Plough Inn – AlfretonOne of the best roasts we've ever had! Everything was delicious, especially the beef, Yorkshire pudding and roasties. Really generous portion so great value for money too.

The Bentley Brook Inn – AshbourneWe love this place! The ambience and features of the building are fantastic. We love the food, especially the Sunday roast and the Pizza's. The staff are friendly and on point, nothing is too much trouble. We are surrounded by some fantastic country pubs but this one is our favourite.

Renishaw Hall and Gardens Cafe – ChesterfieldHi the main course was beautiful no issues whatsoever The dessert however we both had the Eton mess and we were both disappointed my friend couldn't eat hers,no meringue at all and wasn't even a cold dessert was warm They staff were brilliant
The Bentley Brook Inn – AshbourneThe food here is absolutely amazing. We've been 5 times in the past 12 months and can honestly say we have never left disappointed. The portion sizes are generous and the staff are warm and friendly. It is really good value for money as well. I recommend this place to family, friends and Co workers.
The Plough Inn – AlfretonWe’ve been to the Plough a few times in the last few months usually for family Sunday lunch and always been impressed. The lamb and beef were not fantastic in fact we had to send one lamb back. The beef was served lukewarm (no I didn’t complain as we were on a time limit)n I’m hoping that the small complaints this time were just a blip.
