Prezzo – PlymouthVery good and tasty meal as I have ever had in very reasonable price. Staff are friendly and read the customers requirements. I would love to go there again and again.
Taste Of Gurkhas – Honitonhavent been for many years, had heard from friends it was very good, when we visited we had very good sevrice, lovely pub, good rural spot and easy parking on road - all in group had very good meal and nicely presented, reasonably priced - would definately call in again
Whitchurch Inn – TavistockWhat a real pleasure to find a place that is as good as those that review it. This is an American Diner that is worth traveling to and for me that some 40 miles but well worth the journey. The food is excellent and portions are American style (big). This is a place worth mentioning and certainly in the motorbike community as a destination to travel to. Definitely a 5 star diner. Its also a nice touch to have its own shop with memorabilia that you can purchase items from. Well done.
Route 303 – HonitonVisited twice in two months. Both occasions were disastrous. There is an obvious serious Management failuire at this establishment. My advice, Go anywhere else and receive better service and value. My latest visit was 13/07/2012 - never again.
Nutwell Lodge The – ExeterGreat place, fab food and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended!
Whitfields – TorquayGood foodShame about the cook. His foul abusive language to customers soils what could be a great venue
Navy Inn The – Plymouthhave been here a few times over the last few months and each time it has been lovely. Very pleasant and helpful staff, beautiful old pub, recommend you book. I am vegetarian, which always seems a problem, but the mushroom stroganoff was great. all in my group had super food, well presented and very good price for the quality - well worth a visit and felt like a treat
The Weary Friar Inn – PlymouthI visited this restaurant while I was on holiday with friends. I thought it was lovely. The staff were very attentive. It is a long way to travel from Surrey.
Jethros – OkehamptonWent here for an 18th birthday and couldn't believe the excellent service and how good the food was. The cost was brilliant , we only paid £130 for 7 adults and that was for food and drink. The meals were massive! Excellent quality and quantity for money. Will definitely be recommending this place to all friends etc. and will be visiting again ourselves.
Route 303 – HonitonGreat place, food and service - two things:- you dont need the beatles and play some proper country music please, then you got it right !
Route 303 – HonitonWell, what can I say. I got a lovely surprise. Last time we passed through it was the Newcot cheif. We were greeted by a very nice and friendly young man that made us feel more than welcome and infact couldn't do enough for us. We were then served (today) on our way home by a very lovely waitress with the same attitude and very nervous as it was her first day. We ordered a breakfast and as I am allergic to eggs I asked if i could have something else instead, she was more than helpful which is more than i can say for what come next... i was disgusted and felt like walking out. The food was brought out and i have to say was absolutely fantastic in every way but the manager told me that the waitress had made a mistake by offering me mushrooms as a substitute and not to ask for it again as i wouldn't get it and walked off!!!!!!!. I dread to think what the poor waitress was told on her first day...really feel for her. I suggest as I am in the industry that person is sent on a communication and people skills course as i will be reluctant with that kind of attitude to members of staff and the public to return
Route 303 – HonitonAfter our first visit on the way home from a classic car show we called into the 303. BOY! What a great place.......the staff..the food......and the atmosphere was first class.! After being to America several times we felt like we was there again.! And our car a 59 Caddy and our friends 71 Caddy made the whole thing really enjoyable..Many thanks to the owner for giving us a place to go with such great enjoyment.!
Route 303 – HonitonGreat restaurant !! Great food , lovely atmosphere. Will be returning again !!
Route 303 – HonitonGreat food! Service a little haphazard!Great location and name , I will be calling in whenever I pass! Thanks
Route 303 – HonitonWon't be going here again. Been a few times and it seemed ok but last time had duck and was ill from the early hours of the following day for a week - had eaten nothing else that day so it could not have been from anywhere else. Also a friend went there the same week and walked out after being served raw chicken! Not good
