A wonderful experience at the restaurant, food was delicious and the staff were fantastic, especially Earl, such a lovely man and really made the evening enjoyable. Would definitely return if we were to visit Brixham again.

Absolutely love it here, have quite a few times, and have never been disappointed. Staff are always friendly and attentive, food is always amazing. Wine is always perfect. Me and my wife are too scared to take anyone with us though, as we usually order about 6/7 dishes each! So good. Can’t wait for our next visit. Thankyou so much for providing such a great little place.

This was by far one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The service was outstanding (especially from Earl) and the food just out of this world. Will definitely go back here next time I'm in Brixton.

Thanks to Earl and the other waiter for the great service & experience on our last night in Brixham!! We loved every minute of it and our kids loved the seafood too!! Highly recommend it and Earl is the best waiter. Such a charming man, he makes the place!

Great food , despite being short staffed the staff were very attentive. Waiting for food to arrive was slightly longer than expected but not long enough to spoil a really pleasant evening. Rounded off with a free sweet which was most welcome. Highly recommended.

My friend and I went for early evening nibbles and had 5 tapas and a gin cocktail each. All very good but particularly the scallops and the chicken skewers were very tasty. I'm following a low sugar/carb diet so was able to select enough items to suit. More than enough food for a meal, lovely setting, good service and quite reasonably priced given it's tapas meals. 2 for 1 cocktails too!!

Lovely lunch at Maritimo's. Perfect setting. Great selection of tapas and the wine list was super. We were spoilt for choice. I forgot how much I liked this place! Friendly staff and nice chilled atmosphere. Great place to spend a couple of hours with friends or relatives.

We dined here with friends on the evening of August 18 - not by any means our first visit to this cosy, friendly restaurant. We enjoyed excellent tapas with a good choice of wine and very professional, friendly and efficient service. The view from the terrace, and the grandstand view of the Fireworks Competition is always a bonus! As usual, a really great evening and we look forward to our next visit.

We were really looking forward to our meal at the Quayside restaurant after reading the reviews. My daughter had the seafood platter after the first mouthful of the crab my daughter got a piece of shell stuck in her throat. We tried the crabmeat and it was full of shell we mentioned it to the waiter but received no apologies. We felt rushed and was asked if we wanted dessert before we had finished our main meal. Really disappointed with the whole experience.

We stayed in Plymouth for a few days and decided to come here for dinner one evening for my friend’s birthday and we were so gutted we had waited until the last night o come as the food was fabulous! Every single tapas dish we ordered was delicious and the sunset views from the terrace were amazing - would highly recommend

A lovely evening had by all. Group of 6 of us came and enjoyed beautiful food, lovely drinks and great service. Came to watch the fireworks and had a good view. All staff were very friendly and so attentive. Had great choices on the menu, including a couple of paella specials. All very tasty. Excellent value for money, both food and drink. Will be back again.

Have to be honest and say not a great meal, service was average, but one thing winds me up is being asked about 4 times if our meal was ok by different Members of staff.
