Had a meal here last night and can’t fault it or the staff. One young man sent out of his way to share his knowledge of the building history, gave us a guided tour and was very personable. The meal itself was amazing ! Very well presented and tasted delicious, we will be back !

Had a lovely afternoon tea with a really friendly waiter who took the time to double check ingredients because of my mums allergy. Would definitely return.

Family up from london meal was really good they were impressed with the food and the cost. I have been many times before, including for christmas day, never fails to be happy.

Never had a poor dish, always lovely and fresh. We always just leave the choices to the chef and order a total amount, ie £100, and they provide a great selection to cater for all tastes. Highly recommended anyone to visit

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the castle, very generous portion sizes and quick service along with lovely, friendly staff. Looking forward to trying the other menu options in the future. Would benefit from some sort of background music to create more of an atmosphere whilst eating.

Lovely pub. Carvery is great and food is excellent.

We enjoyed our meal at the Farmhouse. The seabass and steak pie were delicious.

Had a spa day from Groupon. Spa experience was good and relaxing. The afternoon tea was nice and good service. The only negative was we were supposed to get a glass of prosecco which we didn't and I didn't realise until we got home. Overall really enjoyed the experience.

This was my second time at Hall Garth, and I honestly can’t wait to return again. I absolutely love the setting—so peaceful and relaxing. The outdoor hot tub is a particular highlight for me; both times I’ve visited, I’ve had it all to myself, which made the experience feel even more special and serene. The food is fantastic! The Lebanese chicken platter was packed with flavour, and the afternoon teas were simply divine—perfectly presented and delicious. I also treated myself to some spa treatments, which were excellent. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Looking forward to my next visit and a bit more indulgence!

We came for Mother’s Day, family off 8, everything was perfect, from entering and leaving, definitely will be back :)

So this pub is close to my and my partners hearts as this is where he popped the question we called yesterday for the 3 course for 10 and food was beautiful
