My favourite place for brunch, lunch or a lush High Tea. Great food (the chicken burgers are amazing!), lovely staff and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

I had a spicy bean burger with chips. There were plenty of chips and they tasted lovely. However, I would advise anyone to stay away from the burger.

This was the second time we have visited for Sunday lunch. We have been before for snacks and also on a number of occasions for breakfast. Sunday lunch was very good on the first visit and even better the second time. My wife had beef, I tried the pork. As a retired Chef I can state that both meals were prepared and cooked to a very high standard. The best Sunday roast we have experienced in the area. Better even than some 'high end' restaurants locally. Piping hot, well seasoned and full of flavour. The bowl of green vegetables perfectly cooked. The only slight 'let down' was the service of the dessert and coffees. These were brought and placed in the middle of the table instead of in front of the customer. It felt that the person serving couldn't be bothered. This may not be the case but thats how it felt. This only slightly spoiled the meal, which is a shame. We will, however, definitely return for the excellent food.

Had a lovely meal, service was quick and the staff were very friendly. Great place for kids, extensive menu and all round a great meal out. We will be back!

Superb breakfast as always!! The staff are lovely and it’s always a highlight to visit… make sure you book though as it’s very popular.
