Lovely meal and coffees as always

Food excellent as always especially the pecan pie with caramel sauce and clotted cream what's not to love, fish very good too. Staff very attentive even when very busy.

I’m sorry to say that we were disappointed with our breakfast meal. The coffee was weak and tasteless, the bacon was overcooked and we had to snap it rather than cut it. The black pudding was also overcooked, solid and difficult to eat. However the service was very good and the surroundings were very pleasant.

Came with friends as we find the venue and food consistently fabulous. The beverages took a long time to come- a very long time! However staff communicated this with us when we started to get twitchy explaining it was backed up. It was also a very busy session. We tried a new breakfast dish Turkish flat bread with poached eggs, walnuts and other bits. Flatbread was a bit too salty - an interesting choice but not for me.

Delicious food and original. Incredible cakes. New favourite place to eat. Not cheap but so good.

Myself and my husband came along with two friends for lunch this week . Restaurant was light , bright and warm, as were the staff. The portions were plentiful and very tasty , even an omelette was praised for taste and texture. Eton mess desert was made with real fruit sauce and was delicious. All in all a lovely , reasonably priced meal . Thank you

Visted Stoked for the first time yesterday. The food was amazing and great value. The decor is fantastic and we felt very welcomed for our first time. We will definitely be back soon!

Slow service! My favourite meal was the Buddha Bowl but it wasn’t on the menu - please bring it back!! Not the best today but I’ll try again another day

Lovely food and staff but obviously short staffed as no one came over to ask if we wanted desert or another drink after our main meal was cleared away, had to go up to counter and ask for coffees about half hour later. Will definitely return though as such a nice place and good food and I’m sure staff situation will be rectified soon.

We’ve been here many times to eat and sometimes just for a drink. Absolutely fantastic. We took my sister and brother in law for Sunday dinner, they loved it as much as us. The staff were, as usual, attentive always around to get you anything without being all over you. The food (Sunday lunch) was really nice, we had the lamb, good portion and very tasty. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Went for a Sunday roast and food was lovely. Didn’t get off to a great start as no booking on system but I had the proof and they sorted a table for 2. The roast was lovely the beef and the lamb. Order extra potatoes( you get loads) and the Mrs a cauliflower cheese. As this didn’t come till half way through the meal she took it off the bill with out asking. Excellent service and food was lovely. We will be back

It's fair to say the best Sunday lunch around! Dinner was cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. Lovely atmosphere in the pub and we cannot wait to return. If you want a really wholesome Sunday dinner then this is the best place. Friendly welcome by all the staff team too.
