We visited Lilibets to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. From the minute we arrived to our departure to tour Lytham Hall we were treated like royalty. We were welcomed with our bubbly and seated in the magnificent historic hall. A beautifully presented and served tea followed. The whole visit was a great success.

I really wanted to like this place as I really admire what the owners are trying to do. Unfortunately it was only okay - food service was rather slow, food was okay (didn’t feel or taste like it had been in-house smoked as it tasted just like supermarket ribs and chicken). Had to chase to order, find out where food was, get bill etc. Overall a bit disappointing

Very disappointed with our visit on Sunday pm. My wife and I had a turkey roast , our small dog some chicken. The latter was stone cold- straight out of the fridge. Our roasts were quite tasteless even with the gravy. The turkey tasted leathery - being heated-up, processed turkey not turkey as we know. The mash and veg didn’t have any flavour we could recognise. The roast potatoes were slightly better but overall a horrible meal. We didn’t expect gormet but this was just aweful. Aren’t proper chefs employed at the Golden Eagle?

Absolutely delightful Afternoon Tea experience in Lytham Hall. The service was excellent expertly managed and orchestrated by Simon who is first class in his position and also very entertaining during his service. The whole staff were very professional and the food and drinks were served perfectly. The selection on the afternoon tea was delicious and first class in presentation and variety of selection. Overall we had a very enjoyable Sunday afternoon in the delights of Lytham Hall. Thank you to all the staff, you are a credit.

I came to Lilibets for an afternoon tea with champagne with my mum to celebrate her special birthday and we had a lovely time, the atmosphere, the service and the food & drink were all gorgeous. Everyone was treated well but there was an extra special touch for my mum to spoil her a little more and she loved it, thank you to Simon and the team

Afternoon tea served in a lovely country house setting. As it was a Sunday, the items on offer had a Sunday lunch theme, which was novel and combined with the traditional delicate cakes and jam and cream scones. Unlimited tea and coffee was served with the food and fizz also available. Simon and Stella were lovely hosts including a helping hand with photos if you wanted. Background music tasteful without being intrusive. It was a stylish experience which we will be repeating. Recommended.

Excellent afternoon tea. Beautifully fresh bread packed with deliciously fillings. Good selection of sweets treats too. Gluten free option was just as good.

Can echo Tony's review. We also had the bottomless brunch. Food and drink were excellent, the service was attentive, as soon as we finished a course or drink, staff were quick to replenish us. Portions were much bigger than expected! would definitely return.

Really enjoyed an evening at 54 with my friend and her small puppy. Service was good, food delicious and good value. Thank you x

We booked a table for 7.15, actually got our food at 8.30. We had to ask for drinks. I asked for a Tia Maria and come I actually got a pint of coke with ice, a glass with Tia Maria in and a glass of ice. No coke available , the boys had to have coke zero in bottles. They boys really enjoyed their burger. The barbecue ribs were awful, the thickest, tangiest barbecue sauce we've ever tasted, we couldn't eat it. Chips, corn and coleslaw were lovely.

Generous portions. Delicious food. Excellent staff. I will keep going back.

The pizza’s were excellent and there was a great variety on the menu. Lily and the team looked after the four of us really well.

Starter of prawns basic, £9.95 for a deconstructed prawn cocktail disappointing. Main course of lamb shoulder very nice. Staff friendly.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed Afternoon Tea here several times. Unfortunately on my most recent visit even though the staff and surroundings were exceptional I was a bit disappointed with the Afternoon Tea. The sandwiches were very disappointing. The sliced bread was quite thick but the fillings were very skimpy and due to this lacked substance and flavour.

Was bought this as a gift by two friends and we all visited together. What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Beautiful surroundings. Lovely atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff.

Well, I booked a table for 2 online, very easy and problem free. We arrived in good time and were shown to our table. We were just left there, no offer of drinks even. I went to the bar to order some drinks where I found no staff. We just left. I can't recommend food as we didn't get that far, service was non existent.

Really enjoy the soup and olives & bread. Pasta didn’t have a lot of taste and my wife said her chicken was tasteless. In need of a better selection of vegetables as my wife doesn’t like broccoli ( and there was lots of that) . Lovely ice cream. Reasonably price . Would go again and choose a different main .
