My husband and myself came to staining lodge for breakfast last weekend. It was very pleasant, the food was delicious and the service was very prompt . Staff are very attentive and very polite. I would recommend this place for food , drinks and atmosphere. Thank you

First impression was, Building under construction. Food, Pizza good. Chicken v. Good, fillet steak very grisly , sent back and was told definitely a fillet, but when questioned he went to chef and chef agreed it shouldn’t be grisly. Given another steak which was somewhat better, certainly not worth £25. Service…. Poor, ordered 3 sweets that didn’t arrive after 20 minutes , so asked for the bill. When paying we described eating the steak when the rest of the party had finished which spoiled the evening. This was my partners 70th birthday treat. We were told when paying Nothing could be done as they did us a favour not charging for the first steak. We will not be back or recommend.

Excellent as usual.

Visited last night with my wife and friend from Scotland. The night was fabulous and the food top class. Also the staff where knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Can’t wait till we visit again. Brian

I have been to buraq restaurant many times with work colleagues and the food and service were excellent. I took my husband there yesterday and I was excited to show him the place as it serve halal food as well. I was disappointed as the service is slow and the food is not like what it was before. Likely I will not go there again

As always excellent. Food brilliant,staff great,and value for money always, in all the years we've been eating at Buraqs we've never had a bad meal. Best Indian restaurant in Lancashire

Pizza was average, 2 slices of Salami, chips undercooked and looked it straight away Food always been good before so will try again

Exceptional quality and value for money with the friendliest of staff. I have always played safe choosing dishes - picking something that I have had many times before but on Sunday we enjoyed the buffet option and I now have several new favourites to order when we visit again.

Lovely food . Worth going

Lovely restaurant, lots of thought gone into the decor. All staff were helpful and friendly. Nice menu choice with specials on the board. Food and service was excellent, will return when in the area and will definitely recommend to friends.

Beautiful setting, friendly staff great food and coffee. Had the full English breakfast only criticism there was too many beans and not enough sausage and the poached egg was slightly over cooked. Each item had its own flavour and the bacon fat metled on the tongue no black pudding or hash brown I wouldn't quiet call it a full English. A larger option would be great So very nearly 5 stars guys

This was my second visit and had told many friends about the superb Ribs, they were meaty and the sauce was superb. This time totally disappointed. there were really bony and hardly any meat, when I mentioned it I was told 'What do expect, they are Ribs' . Not the sort of reaction I would expect. For this reason I will not frequent this establishment again. But I have to mention that the young staff are fantastic, jolly, chatty and really caring.
