Finally, somewhere like this outside of london! I honestly could not fault the place. From the decor which was beautiful to the superb selection of food. The staff were so accommodating and nice and the food was incredible. Already booking my next meal, would highly recommend

Great food with a very pleasant ambiance. Like a top Manchester restaurant in Poulton. 1st class. Will be eating there very regularly. Best restaurant Poulton has to offer!

A few issues with booking, called a couple of weeks ago to make a special food request after availability showed online- was told over the phone that they were full despite it saying otherwise on the website but all following weekends there was availability so that was a bit confusing. Booked the afternoon tea online for the following weekend as advised there was availability (slots showed as available on the website) and was then called to say they were full- I asked if they could squeeze afternoon tea for two and the chef said he could…. so was grateful for that and then was asked to pay in full over the phone. Maybe for afternoon tea it should be telephone booking only to prevent this confusion? Food was excellent everything very fresh with great variety and servers talked us through everything. Brought a relative as a special treat and she decided she wanted lemonade instead of unlimited tea, was charged for the lemonade upon leaving despite either of us being served any tea what so ever - could understand if it was an alcoholic drink however surely a small lemonade would cost the same as tea. Such a shame as the food was excellent and setting is lovely but the service and complicated booking process let it down for us.

The location and the views from the outside dining area are fab. HOWEVER, the food is shocking!!

Great place to go for a meal. The staff are so good, friendly and fabulous. Everything was perfect, the atmosphere the ambience and of course the food and drinks. Thanks fo our brilliant meal.

Me and my Fiancée attended Gochu and we weren’t disappointed. The food was amazing, the staff were extremely friendly and made us feel so welcomed. We will 100% return and would recommend anyone to try!

All you could ask for: The premises are kept sparkling clean, the staffer really friendly, the freshest fish, top quality potatoes, and generous portions -- no stinting!

Fantastic meal as always and staff extremely Welcoming, nothing is too much trouble even if wish to amend a meal. Well done once again.. this is why I come back all the time.
