This visit Ig did not learn one had dietary needs until the day we were coming. The staff were so helpful and obliging and went the extra mile to accommodate her needs at the last minute. One of the visitors had been on a previous trip and mentioned to the waiter how she had loved a lemon posset they served last time. He brought her a take home container of the posset before we left. She was so touched and impressed. Thank you for the excellent, friendly and obliging service and the great food. I will continue making afternoon tea at Lytham Hall a must for all my visitors.
