My Wife and I went for dinner on 24 March 2012 and were extremely disappointed. As regulars since the beginning of 2007, when the hotel and dining facilities were refurbished, we have always really enjoyed the food, especially the tapas. Alas, these are now very poor and suggest that the dining is moving to a downmarket level with a lower level of prices. The selections are now dreadful, the portions reduced and the accompaniments that used to be served with many dished have completely disappeared. The food itself was ok but again, not as good as that we had become accustomed to. Service was ok albeit a little slow to usual, it was Saturday night and very busy so accept this aspect. Very sad that such a winning format has been lost. The dining area bar has at last introduced draught lager/beer but do not serve as the usual pints, they serve in glasses of 400ml but charge at the level of a pint. Very sneaky.

Fab pizzas, panini, soup, pasta, ice cream, coffee and scones! I haven't tried the paella yet....next on my list!! Great music and atmosphere and taking your own wine is such a bonus! We have been going since it opened day and night. Even the kids love it!!! Would recommend it to all! My teenage daughter went for her birthday with her mates minus the wine obviously but they were made totally welcome. Shabatronic!

Food was excellent however, the initial service in the bar was terrible, we were told to expect a half an hour wait which we were okay with so ordered our drinks along with informing the waiter of our name which she wrote down with our order of drinks. 45 minutes later and still no drinks even after enquiring twice about them; turned out that the waiter had forgotten our order even after writing it down. Other people coming into the bar after us were served along time before us and some were even seated before we finally got our drinks. Really unhappy with initial service which is a shame as the food was fantastic. Very doubtful we will be visiting again because of the service in the bar!

This is one of my favourite restaurants. High standards of service and the freshest ingredients are obvious. If you are looking for a QUALITY night out then visit the Moghul. Good wine list too!!!

LOVE this restaurant, great reasonably priced food, relaxed atmosphere, been going since it opened. Between us we have tried everything on the menu and LOVE it all but our fav is the mixed paella.

Been here loads of times, always excellent, fresh and tasty. There is a certain quality to this restaurant that is hard to find elsewhere. Attention to detail is obvious. Thanks Ahad and the boys, I will be back for the Zalzali, very tasty.

Our favourite restaurant of all. Quality of food and the friendly service are first class - can't recommend it highly enough! Its the best restaurant in Lytham by a long way.

When you book at venue for a wedding, you know what the facilities are and what the cost is. What none of us know is how the staff will be - how good the food is - and how good the service will be. On those measures alone, The Venue at Cleveleys was brilliant. Far beyond our expectations on what was a very tight budget. From our first contact they joined in our planning arrangements, and their experience was hugely influential in what turned out to be a perfect day (and evening). From meal choices, entertainment options, table layout and even help with the balloons and decorations - they were always there for us. Thanks particularly to Jackie and Andy.

Visited yesterday (21.03.12) and as usual the lunches my mother and I had were fantastic. The views were the icing on the proverbial cake!!! Keep it up.

Had a family meal here yesterday evening, the service was excellent, very friendly and the children, 4, 7 and 14 loved it!!! Recommend the early bird for value for money and fantastic range of Indian cuisine, can't fault it!!

We went to Ribby restaurant which was very very good, Food was very nice, atmosphere good and fab service! Loved the huge Yorkshire puddings and great kids menu! Well worth a visit! Nice piano playing too!!

Fantastic food, great atmosphere and very friendly staff. We also have a take away at least once a week............. Beautiful.

We are regulars here and it never fails to satisfy. Food perfect once again with great service. Make sure you book though they get very busy!

Cottage Chippie IS NOW TERRIBLE!.....I have never had such awful fish and chips in my life! The chips were cold over cooked scraps and had more eyes and bad bits than good, the fish batter was undercooked, far to much and the fish tasteless.! The Cottage Chippie used to be the best in Blackpool! this is the 3rd time in the last month we have tried their takeaway ,thinking it may have been a bad day? however each time it has been awful. Never again, It's such a shame to see a right good Chippie go down the pan, and destroy a good name. PS. if you ask for fish and chips twice surely that does not mean you want a large portion of chips and 2 fish in a tray????

Wonderful atmosphere, very much down to Ahad Ali and his team.. The food is consistently excellent - as regular attenders on varying days including weekends - this is a first class Indian restaurant. Highly recommended
