Stefani’s Pizzeria – BlackpoolWe had a super family meal at the Buraq last Friday. The staff were very friendly and the food was just lovely. We particularly enjoyed the balti chicken tikka masala. They were so welcoming of our 16 month old too.
Buraq – KirkhamNice room and a great food and drinks range. The best staff l have come across for a long time, always pleasant and helpful every time we visit,(around eight times to date.) Any ocassional problem sorted out immediately .Home from home
Royal Oak Hotel – GarstangThe afternoon tea was lovely. There were seven of us and we couldn’t fault it. I would recommend it to anyone.
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamThis is a great restaurant with a genuine but innovative menu where the food always tastes amazing but also looks lovely! Service is always spot on and Ari and his team create the super friendly atmosphere you want!
Farina 2.0 – LythamLovely afternoon tea. The staff were exceptional with good friendly service. Too much food took some home in box. The Hall itself is fabulous well worth a tour round so much too see. Definitely recommend afternoon tea and visit.
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamLovely afternoon tea in a very authentic setting.
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamThis is our third visit to Stefani’s as we now eat here every time we visit Blackpool! The pizzas were AMAZING as always and the cheesy garlic bread and Nutella pizza were also DIVINE! The staff are super friendly and the menu is also great for vegetarians and vegans with lots of choice. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for pizza in Blackpool!
Stefani’s Pizzeria – BlackpoolTook my family to the Miller Arms for a Sunday evening meal. We were welcomed at the bar and directed to our table. The staff were all lovely. We ordered 2 lamb roast dinners, 1 chicken roast dinner and a steak & ale pie. All were delicious. Prices weren't too expensive. If I was to nit pick I'd say I'm never confident when an order isn't written down. It's happend before where certain things aren't remembered and, on this occasion, the extra Yorkshire puddings weren't included on the dinners. This may not have been the waitresses fault of course, it could easily have been forgotten by the chef. But it was quickly resolved and didn't dampen our experience. Fully recommend this place and will look forward to going back.
The Greedy Badger at The Miller Arms – Poulton-Le-FyldeHave been eating at the Royal Oak for over 20 years the food has been good value for money. Since being part of the Country Inns Group, there are several places where you can dine. The Royal Oak was again a good choice. Cheery welcome and shown to our table. The serving staff were polite and pleasant. The menu choices were excellent. Meat, Chicken Fish and Vegetarian. Our order was taken and a couple of questions we raised were quickly answered by the table staff. We had two meals, starter and main. The food was hot, plentiful and was delicious. I would recommend eating again at the Royal Oak. You do need to book as it is very busy, with most tables reserved. Most tables when we dined were occupied by other diners. There is an online booking system which worked well. Our booking was confirmed by email at the time of booking. We received a reminder of our booking, and post our visit we received an opportunity to comment on our visit. Well worth a visit.
Royal Oak Hotel – GarstangThe staff friendliness and attentiveness are second to none . We had a wonderful tea in all respects . Highly recommend
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamEnjoyed our third afternoon tea. Everything was lovely and staff so friendly. Did think not quite as much food as previously. Usually have more than one cake and maybe sausage roll or soup with sandwiches.
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamI have visited LUPO 3 times, and the food has been so enjoyable every time. The sandwiches are absolutely delicious. I had 2 mains last night-delicious. Lovely experience Would definitely recommend and I will be returning.
Lupo x JB Social – FreckletonEnjoyed two great pizzas at teatime, very tasty!
Stefani’s Pizzeria – BlackpoolI went with a party of 6. It was early evening si it was quite quiet. We we met by a very nice lady who showed us to our table and spent some time going through the Menu and taking our order. We ordered drinks which took some time to arrive. The food also took some time to be served but when it arrived everyone enjoyed their meal and felt that they would come again. The only negative to the evening was the length of time it took to get drinks, the food and finally to clear the table. There did not appear to be many staff and those that were there were clearly running round trying to keep things moving. Overall I am sure they were short staffed possibly due to all the additional costs. Overall we would happily go back as the meals were very good.
Henry’s Smokehouse – KirkhamBeen twice now with friends, food has always been served on hot plates which is a must. Food of a good standard, service good although not all staff seem to have the same work ethic of customer service skills. Would visit again.
The Kingfisher – KirkhamSo welcoming and attentive. Really helpful in describing the menu items to help us choose. The Brisket was superb, succulent, smokey and tender. Chicken was also delicious and sauces, barbecue and alabama white really tasty. Our daughter and friend shared a huge platter with sausage, ribs, sliders and other items. Couldn't fault anything. The quality of product and smoking technique shone through. Portions are on the generous side...they readily packed up what we couldnt finish for our next day lunch! They regularly checked to see if we needed anything. Prices were reasonable for the quality. Perhaps they need more decor in western style and lounder music to truly pull off the texas Loiusiana smokehouse feel, but they are on the way! We must have gone past loads of time, but so very glad we stopped this time. We'll certainly go again.
