The Punchbowl, what a fantastic place to eat, we have tried it twice now and cannot wait for our next visit. The food, the service, the atmosphere and the decor is just a dream. The only problem is I keep recommending it to friends so one of these days it will be too busy to get in. EXCELLENT

On Monday 20th February we went to Vesuvio for a family meal to celebrate our mothers 70th birthday. We were a party of eleven, and the only people in the restaurant all night. We had a cake made for her which we took along. When the time came for the cake to be presented, the waiter just put it on the table with no candles, no music or anything. We said to the waiter are there no candles, and he brought one out, but the moment had gone. Most restaurants nowadays play birthday music, but nothing it was as if they couldn't be bothered. There was some of the party had meatballs and they said they were bland. This was a special occasion which was ruined.

Recession, what recession? This place was packed this last (post-Valentine) weekend which tells you what you need to know. Food was good, atmosphere great and my only slight criticism would be that the courses whizzed out of the kitchen way too fast. Maybe they were hoping to turn the table.

Along with the Cartford Inn at Little Ecc, the Queens in Lytham is IMHO doing the best pub food on the Fylde right now. Had a great meal there last night (Monday). My main of smoked haddock with mash and a poached egg was to die for and the golden syrup sponge with clotted cream dessert wasn't far behind.

Fantastic family run establishment! What a warm welcome always received in the restaurant by Queenie and her girlies! Topped off by the scrumptious homemade pies and fish cooked to perfection by the big Ron himself! Really makes you glad you came!! Keep it up guys

My family and I have dined at Treasure City for 10 years, and in all that time I have only nice things to say. Its lovely for the family, and also for couples. Banquets are excellent. The staff make you feel very welcomed and always have a smile. I would recommend this restaurant to all those who love a nice meal with a pleasant atmosphere.

Following a visit to the restaurant this evening my girlfriend and I were highly disappointed with the customer service. Whilst the food is highly recommended and the ambience of the 'front room' was ideal, we were disappointed with the level of customer service of a particular member of staff - the restaurant manager. After requesting to move seats twice from the 'back room' what we could only describe as an extension to the restaurant, we were informed there were no available seats but it appeared there were. We complained about this service to the manager who didn't seem bothered by the fact that we said we wouldn't be returning to the restaurant. To sum it up - fabulous food, awful customer service from the manager, however, the other staff were very pleasant.

I attended a social media workshop at Wyrebank Banqueting Suite. They provided a delicious afternoon tea with unique jelly shots and mini pastries, which made it extra special.The service was outstanding and staff very friendly. The view of the canal was also a lovely relaxed setting for the training.

We have been to this restaurant several times and are never disappointed with the food and service.We have this week tried the early bird meal and it is excellent value.We can recommend this restaurant to all.We live outside of the Lake District and it is worth the travel!!!

I visited the venue on Tuesday night with my partner for valentines day. It has got to be one of the best meals i have ever had, the price was very reasonable and so much to choose from 3 courses 1 course, 2 courses and the regular menu. the service was brilliant a full restaurant and only 2 members of staff - how they did it i don't know i'm really impressed there must have been about 50 people in the place. The young man that served us was very polite and made sure everything was ok with our meals. So a BIG THANK YOU to the venue for making our valentines meal special.

The Venue is our number one choice when we decide to go out for a family meal, as it accommodates all of our family's needs. i have panic attacks and i feel at ease there. my daughter is coeliac and loves the variety she can choose from. there are no limits. We like it so much that we decided to hire the Spirit nightclub room in the basement for my son's 21st birthday party. The service was excellent from the start. My son has learning difficulties and the owner made him feel very special about his big party and she had a lot of time for him. She took care of everything and put our minds at rest over the organising. The room itself was fantastic, with balloons and lights to go with it for his favourite football clubs colours. The food was amazing and friends are still talking about how great it was. Everyone was catered for. My son had a wonderful night to remember. Highly recommended.
