Michaels Indian Restaurant – Thornton-CleveleysWe've been going to Blackpool on our annual girls august bank holiday weekend for 5 years now and we found it by chance the 1st year we where there. Truffles is the only place we eat at for the whole weekend and we have never had a bad meal yet, it's delicious! The staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is always great! We are due to return this October and believe me we will definitely be at Truffles for our food and drink!
Truffles Restaurant – BlackpoolI've been, on & off, to this restaurant for approx 7 years. I've been 3 times since the change of owners. The current owner is very friendly, always polite &, amazingly, remembered us when we went for the 2nd time after a 10 month interval! Both my wife & myself are strict vegetarians, which usually means the menu is very limited in most Thai restaurants; however the owner really goes out of his way to even suggest dishes that are not on the menu that are suitable to us. We've always been impressed by the quality of food, which is superb. If you've been trying to find a great Thai restaurant & haven't as yet, I'd strongly recommend giving this one a go.
Orathai Restaurant – KirkhamI've been, on & off, to this restaurant for approx 7 years. I've been 3 times since the change of owners. Orathai Restaurant – KirkhamThe staff were great and very child friendly. The desserts were delicious, main meal ok. Bit over priced we thought though.
Tiramisu – BlackpoolThe meal was really good and the service was brill. Everything was spot on. It was lovely to see the owners of the restaurant. Coming back to Fleetwood for the weekend was good. thank you so much Carolyn from Liverpool
Trafalgar Restaurant – FleetwoodI visit this restaurant very often, and I cannot get bored of the atmosphere, service and over all food. The staff do everything they can to get me a table, booked or not. I couldnt ask for a better restaurant in my area.
China Red – Poulton-Le-Fyldethis is a very good and reasonable cafe to eat in the staff are very friendly and clean also the cafe is clean which is a lot to say these these days would recommend it highly to anyone who wants a good meal
Eating House, The – FleetwoodSince the smoking ban took effect in July 2007, this Wetherspoons pub/restaurant has improved immesurably. All the drunken old barflies with their dog ends over the floor have departed and it is now a nice, clean, inexpensive place where you could happily bring your kids or your mother, as I have done. A good, though predictable Wetherspoons menu at modest prices.
The Thomas Drummond – Wetherspoons – FleetwoodI have visited on many occasions - both at lunch and evening. Every time the service and food has been simply outstanding. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. It has to be the best Chinese in the Fylde!
Paramount Chinese Restaurant – BlackpoolMy girlfriend and I were walking down Lytham prom at about 4pm on Sunday. We suddenly got the munchies and were racking our brains for a good place to go for a savoury snack in the sun where we could get a quality glass of wine. The idea of tapas was exactly what we were after. Then bingo the Grand Hotel came into mind as its had a big refurb and a new restaurant. It was absolutely perfect, we sat in the sun overlooking the sea quaffing a lovely pinot grigio and munching on top end tapas! Lytham shrimps, black pudding, chorizo and chunky chips. Service was excellent and aided by portable service buzzers on the table. Then to cap it all we were surrounding by the peacocks of the Red Arrows who were obviously staying at the Grand after the air show! I was really very impressed!
Cafe Grand – Grand Hotel – St. Annes-On-SeaWe went to the first gourmet that they had. The scallops were amazing, the duck was divine. My only slight moan is that they are so eager to serve you that it was hard to catch your breath between each course. Will go again.
The Villa Country House Hotel – KirkhamThis is a great place to go at weekend. The food is always good, the service is quick and unobtrusive and it feels like a happy place to be.
Ricos Italian Restaurant – Poulton-Le-FyldeI love this place and have been going here for over twenty years. It's a good, reasonably priced Italian. The atmosphere is friendly, the staff are efficient and the prices are fair. If you are looking for a no frills meal like you get in Italy then go here.
San Marcos – BlackpoolGreat food, friendly staff, good value for money. The Vegetarian set meal (for one) is easily enough food for two people, comprising of 4 different vegetable dishes, plus a nan bread and rice, and is great value at £9.95.
Chilli Balti – FleetwoodWe have been in Blackpool for the last 2 years and have to say we visit the West Coast Rock Cafe at least once a week. The food is out of this world, especially the fajitas, the portions are huge!!! and as for the staff, I have never felt so comfortable in a restaurant, they make you feel so welcome and cater for your every need. This is such a well run restaurant hats off to the management and staff. see you soon!!!!
West Coast Rock Cafe – BlackpoolFound by accident!! Lovely place to visit. Excellent food, friendly and efficient staff and a garden centre to visit after the meal. Not overly luxurious but clean and cosy. Good varied choice of food.
