I've been here before and thought it was great but I went on Saturday evening and they had run out of house fries, coke and Sprite. How can this happen in a restaurant?? And how hard can it be for someone to go and get more supplies in the event of problems with their deliveries, as had happened on this particular day? Also, when our food had been prepared it sat for 5-10 minutes before being brought to our table. Our waiter was held up with something else which is fair enough, but the manager walked by several times and just looked at it. Is it beneath him to help out in busy periods? Oh and then my partner's burger bap disintegrated a few bites in so he had to eat the rest with a knife and fork. Disappointing night and we couldn't be bothered staying for dessert, which is saying something for us!
