Dom’s Italian – Poulton-Le-FyldeWithout doubt the best Chinese I have ever visited. The food is good the service excellent Children are treated like human beings and not just ignored, I cannot speak too highly of this restaurant.
China Red – Poulton-Le-FyldeVery good went with my partner and two children. One of the better Chinese restaurants on the Fylde
Great Fortune House – Thornton-Cleveleysfood good to so so, I'm not saying this place is good but it can be all it needs is a bit of personality
Babylon – Blackpool21st March 09 - Chicken Liver Pate had mould underneath the butter - was told by chef that the mould was just green pate from the parsley in the butter sat on top of the pate (there was no parsley). Was then given another mouldy pate as a replacement, sent back again. Then I was informed that all the pates had been thrown in the bin. Asked for a refund and got a refund for the pate only. Terrible.
Horns Inn – GarstangExcellent food. However, the Cartford seems to confuse 'atmosphere' with noise. The evening was ruined by the sheer volume whilst seated upstairs. Please enjoy the food but avoid being seated upstairs if you can.
Cartford Inn – Great EcclestonThe food at Gennar's is average. The service is average. The decor is average. In fact, everything about Gennar's is average. However, average is just not enough in the current economic climate. In order to survive these tough times, Gennar's needs to provide something more than average because, unfortunately, average takings won't be enough to see this potentially good restaurant through the tough times ahead. Average is simply not good enough anymore.
Dom’s Italian – Poulton-Le-FyldeI’ve never been to China Red in Poulton before, and to be honest I’d never go again! It was a friends birthday, and she booked a table for 8pm. We got there on time, but we weren’t even seated till 9.15pm. NO Exaggeration. We ordered, and our starter came between 10.15 and 10.30! Now if waiting OVER 2 hours for food is not bad enough, our starters were pretty much all wrong! One person ordered noodle soup…we overheard they got the order wrong, and it was vegetable soup…10 minutes later it came back out with noodles in, and cold. One person ordered prawn toast, it had chicken in! The worst is a vegetarian ordered vegetarian spring rolls…it had meat in it!! Well that was it…we spoke about not being happy, and we managed to get 20% off the bill, only to be told that it would be best to just have a free round of drinks! Again we weren’t allowed to get anything too expensive! In the end we just gave in….The waitress who was trying her best, was getting in trouble from her boss because it was her fault that the food was late/wrong! But it wasn’t. I know this as she went through the order twice to make sure she got it right! It was his fault, because he didn’t have enough chefs or whatever. This is the worse place I have ever been to! The food wasn’t even worth the wait! And I would tell anybody not to spend their money there! Everything was poor!

Toast Cafe Bar and Grill Restaurant – Blackpoolwe always have a brilliant take away from east ocean. try their salt and chilli pepper chips they are too die for and so cheap
East Ocean Chinese Takeaway – KirkhamWent to Pipers last night and had their Sunday special menu at around £16 per head. The food is by far the best for miles around and perhaps the best meal out I've had in years. The service and food is first class. The wine, by the glass is expensive, but if they serve food like that I forgive them entirely. We'll be back with more people to show them how good it is. We travelled from Knott End on Sea (20 miles round trip) as there is nothing to come even near this around there!
Pipers – GarstangI found the Ocean Palace by mistake 15 years ago. Have never been anywhere since. The food is always superb and the Kye (the owner) is always ready to greet us along with his staff to make sure we always have a fantastic night. The food is top quality.
Ocean Palace – BlackpoolOur first visit to mimmos and will not be our last! A warm welcome greeted us on arrival and friendly atmosphere whilst we waited for our table and had drinks at the bar! Food was delicious the mussel starter was devine and huge!! Food portion sizes were plentiful. Our bill was £50 for two. A lovely treat for us and can't wait to go back. Thank You so much.
