As a regular visitor to the sawatdee we were sceptical first visiting after the new owners took over! But the food is still fantastic and the owner is very friendly and chatty. If you havent been GO!!

great tasting food and very large portions well worth a visit

Have just had lunch at Twelve and was extremely impressed with the outstanding lunch menu - My colleague initially though that the set lunch menu at £16 a head was pricey she had a completely different view after polishing off some exquisite goats cheese an immaculate piece of bream and a to die for pudding - Cant wait to find an excuse to go again !

We went on spec after reading the reviews. On entering we where welcomed, a table was prepared and show the seats. The menu has a very good selection. The food was very hot on arrival and very nicely presented. Very highly recommended

We came in for some food one afternoon with a friend, great apart from the service which was lacklustreŠNo one likes to see a waitress smoking seconds before serving food. I? sure that you have policies intact to avoid this sight. Otherwise it? a lovely place to eat.

Fantastic! Customer Service was excellent, food was very tasty and made to how we liked it, atmosphere was cosy, and waiters very friendly. Definitely recommend this restaurant to people who want great affordable food with the added bonus of cheery friendly staff!

We went for a group dinner on Saturday (8 of us and a leather clad loud mouth!!). The food was excellent and the service was remarkably quick allowing us to be seated and out of the restaurant within 2 hours.... always a pleasure to eat here and will be visiting again as always.

I've written one or two reviews on Sugarvine and normally just sit down and type but do that for Greens would be to do it an injustice. From the moment we walked down into the entrance we knew we were in for something very special. Anna and her front of house team are welcoming, unobtrusive and professional. Throughout the meal chilled water is provided to clean the palate from course to course - a very nice touch. The a la carte menu was varied, extensive and very reasonably priced. Presentation is superb but does not mask the quality of the cooking. It is without equal on the Fylde Coast. When you go be prepared to relax and enjoy the whole experience because you will not be disappointed. One final note is the coffee - very often this appears to be seen as an afterthought but not here. It is fresh and the correct temperature and strength. The two of us had starters, mains, puddings and cheese, wine, ports, coffee - £120.00 but don't use that as a guide to the prices as we were pushing the boat out; check out the website, book early and be warned : it is very popular!

Very well cooked food of the highest quality, an excellent range of wines and very friendly staff make this restaurant the star of the Fylde Coast. It easily rates amongst the best Indian style restaurants in the country and is a must try for visitors to St Annes.

had another great meal at twelve service spot on even gave me a brolly to get to the car while it rained one gripe bring back fairground attraction on the sweet menu my wife loved it all the best in 2007

As we have young children we don't got out very often. When we do, it is to Tapenada as we always get an excellent reception, lovely food and good wine. Would recommend it strongly.

My friend and myself do a 240 mile round trip on occasions just to have a meal in this superb restaurant. We live in Durham and it is worth the journey. Steve & Keith

I have been coming to Greens for several years. It is one of the best restaurants I know bar none. I have recommended it to many friends who have been equally enchanted

Mixed feelings about this restaurant. We were a party of 5. The food was excellent quality and the portions were generous. However the service was slow, seated at 8pm. First course arrived just before 9pm and 2nd course just after 10pm! We had had to chase both courses. Also one starter and one main course were cold and had to be sent back. However we were given a complimentary bottle of house wine. We hadn't been advised in advance we would be seated on the floor and I was quite cold, feet especially. The ambience was very pleasant and the staff were all polite. As the food was so good, I will probably give the restaurant one more chance in case the bad service was just a one off.

I have been going to Guy's for years now. I have made friends with all of the staff especially the warm-hearted pizza chef "Christian". Check out their mid-week 50/50 offers. The food is absolutely delicious. I love their steaks and puddings. Take your family there as everyone will love it. I am of young age (12) but have been going since I was about 4 and that is saying something. And I like food!!!

You can't really go wrong with chinese and China Red didn't fail to deliver. I visited China Red with a hen party after a previous disappointing meal for 2. This is definitely a place to go with a group. If it's a quiet, intimate meal you're after - steer well clear. Otherwise, an excellent place to visit with a bunch of mates for a good night out.

Make sure you pay a visit to the Bay Horse. One of the few remaining village style pubs in the area, it has a friendly, traditional pub atmosphere and welcomes both locals and visitors in a warm manner. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff or management and the food is excellent.
