Reviews in Fylde Coast and Blackpool

Having dined in this establishment many times over the years, my family and I know how good the food is. We've tried many dishes, and not always seafood only, and all are superbly cooked. We moved to Preston to live, sixteen years ago, but on special occasions we don't mind the drive over to eat in what we believe to be the best restaurant on the Fylde. Recently two American guests came to see us and we took them to the Trafalgar for fish and chips and mushy peas....they LOVED it!

i have been here twice now, once for lunch on a weekday, and once on a Saturday night. the lunch menu leaves you spoilt for choice, and my Panini was very good. and the coffees are great. Service was actually done with a smile (unusual for Blackpool). Saturday night brilliant great food, nice laid back atmosphere, again service with a smile. After our meal we just sat back on the settees and drank a bottle of wine. Possibly the nicest place in Blackpool. This wouldn? be out of place in London or Rome. Highly recommended.

Perfect Indian restaurant.. Must try one of the best Indian cuisine ..

We visited Tapenada on Friday night and were completely blown away. The starters (fresh tuna tempura, and spinach roulade) were amazing and substantial. Likewise our main courses (salmon, and guinea fowl in chocolate sauce) were wonderful. The service was fantastic and friendly. My only disappointment was that tapas is only served up to a certain time in the early evening, but I will certainly be returning one teatime soon to try them out!

Treasure city is a fantastic restaurant the set menus are great value and the food is superb overall. The staff are charming and the restaurant is beautifully presented. 5 stars.

quality value meals not far from flat where i stay thanxs

This is a pub I go in quite regular. The staff there are always ready to help and also good fun to talk to. If you go here you will have a great time, even if its just to drink, eat or watch the match on TV, there is something for everyone.

I love this place! Infact I love it so much I go quite often, the staff do an amazing job, all with smiles on their faces, and are always working in a happy atmosphere! Brilliant take out! The prices are more than reasonable too! The food is astonishingly good! See you soon, I'm making myself hungry.

We took some good advice from a taxi driver and found this restaurant. I have to say every aspect of it was first class. From the cleanliness of the bathrooms and restaurant, the service and most importantly the standard of the food. I? from Yorkshire and have visited some great restaurants in Bradford as well as the curry mile in Rusholme. I have to say Lee Raj has served me the best curry I?e ever had, and I? drive back to Blackpool just to have another one!! Spot on!

Superb evening with an excellent ambiance. Having tested the fish cakes for starters along with the Thai salad our party of four were more than impressed The main course only furthered our initial impressions. Thai by Night so far seems to have secured the mantle of Poulton? premier oriental restaurant. Fully recommendable, you won't be disappointed.

We celebrated our friends anniversary with the buffet and once again had a very enjoyable quality meal and plenty of it.The service was excellent.

Absolutely fantastic food! Although it may be nicer if they gave you more especially at such a high price. But the food was fantastic quality and me and my family had a fabulous time there being served by a lovely lady who was keen to chat. (The wine was a bit of a rip off seeing as you can buy for such a lot less) I recommend going there!

Fantastic place to dine. Very hard to find a hotel that takes as much pride into looking after people who just dine as opposed to guests staying there. Always enjoyed the food, and always enjoyed relaxing in the bar with a coffee after. Just a shame Daniel the barman has now left, he always made our evening.

hot & chilli ribs to die for... king prawn curry is the best around...

A lovely Chinese takeaway which offers a delivery service. Freshly cooked food while you wait or order by phone. Authentic Chinese feel about it with warm and friendly staff.

A perfect place to relax and spend an evening. Worth visiting now just for the beer festival alone. Simon runs the quiz on Tuesdays but come early if you want a seat.
