Food was great and 100% the real deal if your a meat lover. After booking at the last minute we weren't sure what to expect but had a great time all round frok the service to the food and overall value (even took some home there was so much) Will definitely come again. Thanks guys!

Stefani’s Pizzeria – BlackpoolHave been several times and the food is always fantastic. We did make an error booking for New Years Eve however. We expected it to be busy and there to be a wait. However, with a booking for 7pm we didn’t expect to be waiting 2 hours before we were brought our main course. A set menu for NYE I had hoped would mean a fairly straightforward meal but after an hour and half with nothing but poppadoms we ended asking to skip the other starters and go straight to main. Such a shame as the service has always been amazing and we will go again but lessons need to be learned around resourcing big events. Was such a shame

Christmas lunch was delicious and the regular menu was very much enjoyed by the rest of the party. Excellent food, and outstanding service. Very enjoyable all round. Good value for money too.

Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamHave visited a few times an d are always impressed with the quality of food and the friendly service. We ordered plaice, (which is usually disappointingly small at other restaurants) and we were served the biggest plaice we have had in years. It was delicious, as were the other meals our friends ordered. Thank you to the friendly staff for making us feel welcome.

The meals are consistently delicious. The young man in charge is absolutely excellent, and so are the staff. They work very hard to ensure that the customers are welcomed and get what they want... as it should be!
Nineteen Kitchen and Bar – GarstangWe did enjoy the afternoon tea and the ladies serving were great. The soup was particularly delicious! However, because I hadn’t checked where Lillibets was beforehand (completely my fault), we were a few minutes late. When we entered the main door, we saw the sign for Lillibets so passed the queue for the tour as we were obviously hurrying. The woman behind the desk spoke to us like children in the most rude manner in front of everyone - I presume because she thought we were jumping the queue or trying to enter for free? Her shouting was both shocking and embarrassing. Later when my son asked where the toilet was, he was met with the same rude tone. This was not what I would expect from Lytham Hall who otherwise has fantasticly friendly and helpful staff and volunteers. Maybe this lady and her awful manner should volunteer elsewhere on the site where a good standard of customer service skills are not required.
