China Red – Poulton-Le-FyldeGood food more expensive than most Chinese restaurants but you pay for what you get.
Ocean Palace – BlackpoolOn my occasional visits to Blackpool I always make sure i visit this establishment. It must be the very best in the area and one of the best in the North west region. The decor and layout of the restaurant is of the highest order as is the food and service,a hidden gem in the dining desert of fish and chips that is Blackpool
Sunam Tandoori – BisphamTried this restaurant for the first time on saturday for my tenth wedding anniversary and we could not have made a better choice. The surf & turf is a must. Mediteranean tiger prawns were out of this world and the fillet as tender as can be. The atmosphere was very relaxing with sixties music in the background. If you visit Blackpool this restaurant is a must.
Truffles Restaurant – BlackpoolMonday's are great. A round of drinks for four, including a double!, came in at well under £7.00. The food was good too. The service was excellent, especially Ben who is a complete babe!
Trawl Boat Inn – St. Annes-On-SeaTime and time again La Piazza lives up to our expectations. Great food and a very friendly atmosphere
La Piazza 2 – BisphamThe food and service was exceptional. Try the tandoori mix grill it is one in a million.
Sunam Tandoori – BisphamThe food was of a satisfactory standard but service was slow and the food was warm to touch. (NOT HOT)
Indian Orchard – BisphamTruffles is a friendly family run restaurant in the centre town were the food is nothing less than stunning. The atmosphere is very warm and the surroundings cosy. You will be greeted By either Marge or Michelle the mother and daughter team and even if its a year before your next visit your name will be remembered which makes you feel at home.
Truffles Restaurant – BlackpoolJust want to agree with every word in the first review posted on 27/08/2002. Fortunately Zest is still here in 2004, having managed to defeat the elderly who tried to have it closed down several times.
Zest Food & Wine Bar – LythamNamed The Coffee Bean now, it offers the largest choice of freshly ground coffee and teas in Lytham and not only. You can choose from all sorts of Italian, French, Brazilian, Columbian, etc, or try something with a difference as Swiss Chocolate, Vanilla, Amaretto or Irish Cream coffee. And you can also buy collector's pots, cups, coffee makers or the coffee and tea of your choice. There is tea for all tastes - from camomile flowers (not tea bags) to Japanese, Chinese, or my personal favourite, the Spiced Tea.
Coffee Bean, The – LythamFor a restaurant to be extremely busy every night of the week, there has to be something good about it. I wasn't wrong. For a Monday evening around 21:30, the place was still very busy. We took the buffet option, which turned out to be excellent. As usual there was more than enough to eat and the selection of wine on offer was more than adequate. I'll be trying this restaurant during the weekend to see if I enjoy it as much, but based on my first experience... get yourself in there !
