Caffe e Vino – TewkesburyFantastic, home-cooked food, friendly pub. Play equient for young kids and nice garden with outdoor benches and tables for eating at. Lovely airy restaurant. Good selection of drinks and cocktails. Weekly offers great value. Can recommend the roast too!!
The Codrington Arms – Chipping SodburyAs always a warm welcome from Davide and his team, followed by a wonderful, unhurried meal. Great food and a lovely atmosphere. Our favourite place to eat in Tewkesbury.
Caffe e Vino – TewkesburyWe enjoyed a wonderful lunch in the garden - such a beautiful setting on a summer's day. The welcome at the door and the service is so friendly. The food is delicious and well priced. This place is a little piece of Italian heaven!
Caffe e Vino – TewkesburyUnfortunately there was a medical incident I had only just got my food, ordered an hour before it came when we were asked to leave due to to ambulance personal attending So cannot review
Beacon Bar and Kitchen – StroudWe loved it here and had great service and food. The atmosphere is lovely and tables well spaced . All food was really nice but the ice cream was an absolute star in my experience of ice cream’s. It is firmly on the revisit list for us. We sat inside and the temperature was very comfortable with a gentle breeze coming from the courtyard garden.
Caffe e Vino – Tewkesburyturned up before time had to wait to be seated the service was slow the wait was way to long to get a drink only two waitresses on serving drinks and food so decided ont to eat here
Wye Valley Catering – ColefordFour of us enjoyed a delicious lunch in the courtyard garden. While it was a very hot day we were well shaded and comfortable. There was nothing to fault with a varied menu giving great choice, attentive service and great value. We will be back, thank you
Caffe e Vino – TewkesburySaw the Taco Tuesday deal and we decided to take a punt. WOW, fantastic. Service was great, friendly atmosphere and the food came out in an acceptable time and was delicious. Menu offering is good. Daily Deals are varied and good value. Something for everyone. Would we recommend, 100%, will we be back 100%,
The Codrington Arms – Chipping SodburyBooked a meal via the web site for a Tuesday evening. Excellent choice of beers on tap. We enjoyed a haloumi & mushroom starter which we like to share. We decided to both go for the steak. Good choice and cooked to perfection with chunky chips and peppercorn sauce. We skipped the pudding as we are trying to watch the waist line. The Codrington Arms is well located with ample parking. Staff were very attentive . Top mark all round We shall be back again
The Codrington Arms – Chipping SodburyStaff were lively and friendly. We ordered a lasagne and a gluten free pizza which was lovely, bolognese with tagliatelle was also ordered and asked if could have a slightly smaller portion of the pasta compared to the bolognese and they changed the pasta to spaghetti without noting it to us which would have been declined if we had known and also the garlic bread was on brown sandwich bread slightly toasted and very soggy. Very disappointing with that. Even heard another table complaining about the garlic bread too.
Chester House Hotel – CheltenhamWe ate outside but under a canopy on a very hot day - there was a welcome breeze and the water-feature made it feel cooler too. There is a lovely choice of salads, focaccia-focused lunches or tastes of Italian cheeses and meats, as well as heartier pasta dishes and specials. They were very accomodating when we asked to swap around a few things (different breads and salad leaves) and the lunch was delicious. It was quite busy but we never felt rushed and ended up finoshing our meal off with a wild cherry gelato - wonderful!
Caffe e Vino – TewkesburyGreat food and environment. Excellent dessert - tiramisu. If the guest can park in the hotel is much better!
Chester House Hotel – CheltenhamGreat food and great value but service was a bit slow . highly recommend monday is a very busy night.
Wye Valley Catering – ColefordLovely food, great service despite it being so busy, amazing price - Monday Meal
Wye Valley Catering – ColefordBeen a few times on pot luck Monday and as always been great but this last time the service was very slow and had to keep asking to be served. Also they were only serving French fries as the chip option where normally you can have chunky chips. (Not a lover of French fries for a meal out) It was very very busy when we went.
Wye Valley Catering – ColefordThe whole experience was relaxing with lovely staff and a very well organised service, and our meal was outstanding
