Lovely Sunday lunch and amazing butchers board as usual Definitely recommend for great food and service

We had a lovely Sunday Roast in beautiful surroundings served by very attentive ,helpful and friendly staff !! A wonderful experience!

Great food and service. Our first time, but we'll be back! My only quibble would be that we went after dark, and inside it's a bit bright for me (but then I like the gloaming!)

One of the best roasts I've ever had. The beef was incredible and the portion sizes were extremely generous.

1st time here definitely won't be the last , food was excellent and good portions, staff tremendous made very welcome on arrival . The ribeye steak on the bone was beautifully cooked to perfection would highly recommend this .can't wait to go again.

A superb meal for my husband and I with excellent food, lovely wine and great service! It was the first time we'd visited but we'll definitely be returning again soon.

We visit about once a month for a brunch treat and always have a lovely time. Food is tasty and well presented and the coffee is gorgeous. Service is prompt and prices reasonable.

Lovely meal at pot luck Monday, Excellent service

Visited Sunday 19thFeb for Sunday lunch. I had roast gammon and my wife had turkey. Food and service very good, hot and tasty with good selection of veg. Yorkies to die for. Bit disappointed with Belgium waffle desert however, bit heavy and stodgy. On the down side it is very difficult to access the building with a wheel chair as there is quite a steep slope to negotiate with an outward opening door at the top of the slope.

Sunday roast platter was just as we remembered, it's always a treat to watch guests faces as it's delivered. Staff were excellent as always and value for money is to notch
