First visit to the Codrington Arms for food. I had heard about it through social media and a few friends. We had the beef Sunday lunch and it was delicious! Beef was so tender with really tasty homemade gravy. Hands down probably the best Yorkshire pudding I’ve ever tasted. Everything on my plate was delicious. Definitely returning and will highly recommend. Well done guys

A very nice meal, and despite being very busy, many thanks for finding a table for us as we had a delayed arrival due to flooding and road closures. Sunday roast good, but presentation of bangers and mash in a deep dish with gravy an excellent idea. Have been before and will come again.

Beautiful Ambiente, feels very homey and the food is authentic, delicious, comforting. Looking forward to returning soon. Also great choices of coffee (decaf flat white is the best in town!) They know what they're doing !

A lovely evening out with friends. The food was delicious and the team were amazing. Just check your bill though we had to pay £50 deposit when we booked our table which is absolutely fine but when the bill came it was not on there. My friend nearly paid without realising

We met friends at the Madons Arms, had a great stay there overnight and a super meal. Unrushed, delicious food and an excellent evening. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

8 of us met for a family get together and were looked after well from the outset. Booking was easy and they were helpful. We also got a couple of reminders. Food was excellent and everyone enjoyed it. Some ate from the special menu and others from the standard one. Have eaten here 3 times before and each time it has been good. Thanks and well done to the team.

I have been eating at this restaurant for a few years now and the quality of the food, the service, and the ambience has never ever disappointed. This is how a restaurant should be - professionally run with exceptional food and friendly service... truly a gem of a place.
