We went with friends, the food was lovely, big portions and it was hot. The menu is very good, something for everyone I would say and the prices are very reasonable. The staff are brilliant and can’t do enough for you, I’d highly recommend.

The Rising Moon – HydeOur first time here at The Rising Moon and I've got to say we were really looking forward to it however the service was very slow over an hour for our food and the place was half empty, so god knows what the service is like when it's busy. That being said the food was spot on. Maybe we will give it another try.

The Rising Moon – HydeFood usually very nice but went for Sunday lunch 7th July 2025 and they had run out of vegetables, other meals ordered were missing items too, had to ask several times and they still didn't arrive, the staff were busy and not very attentive to customers needs, not sure I will be booking again.

The Rising Moon – HydeVisited many times for a meal and normally very good food. This visit we ordered the Sunday dinner and it was disappointing. Frozen roast potatoes and mash. Beef was tough and fatty. Gravy was lovely though.
The Rising Moon – HydeWe were a family party. The staff team are really good and attentive and we couldn't have had better attention. The food looked splendiferous! However, my partners beef was under done and very chewy and my lamb could have been anything. We were offered desserts in recompense, but by that time, we were not interested. But I would recommend this place. Everything else was amazing.
