Went on a Saturday night service was awful waitress was more interested in telling the table next door her life story. Steak was like leather we sent it back the waitress said we had cut it the wrong way!!! Brought up another steak minus cutlery plus we was left with the original veg which was by now stone cold. Very bad service would never go back!

I was most impressed with the carvery and the fact that it was possible to have a smaller portion of meat if required. It was delicious and there were unlimited vegetables. Recommended to friends.

What a fantastic tandoori!!! I like my curries hot, but my wife likes them milder. Neither of us were disappointed. I had Vindaloo, she had a byriani. Both were excellent. We will certainly go back. Didn't like the decor, though, but the food was wonderful!

I have been visiting this restaurant, usually three or four times a year, since it opened. It used to be really good, but unfortunately, now it's not exactly bad, but not as good as it was. Ideal for family dining, or a dinner for two. or even a meal out on your own. 3/5

Tenterden fish and chip shop is the best fish and chip shop in the country and its the best place ever, I think its better than McDonalds too so go there now!!!!! :) p.s good I live near too, I'm just around the corner.

Visited Patogh the beginning of December for our weeks holiday. Had a fabulous meal with Saheed, first class service and food with the most welcoming atmosphere. Would highly recommend anybody to pay a visit! Hope to see you soon in the New Year! Cant wait to sample your excellent cuisine again. Have a Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year!!

Ate in the Olive Tree this Sunday with my friend. Waited a long time for our food. Table had not been cleared. Staff were unhelful. Omlettes were burnt and my friend even found a hair in her food. Would not recommend this cafe.

I ate here today with my grandson and was very impressed, particularly by the service. The quality of the food could not be faulted and the coffee was delicious. Thank you Olive Tree, I'll be back

What a lovely pub always friendly chatty and welcoming couple who run the cardinals error. My brother visits maybe once/twice year...he dont like going to another pub as he said its such a nice environment to be in whilst having a drink. My father from germany visits xmas time and he feels the same.My son and his girlfriend both in 20s are always in there weekend times.This pub encourages all ages and has our thumbs up . If u havent been...try it!!

Visited for the 1st time for a friends 50th birthday the food was lovely and the staff very friendly, will be going again and plan to have my hen night there next year xxxxx

I've been to Brown's in Oxford once and Charing Cross Road, London twice and all those occasions were enjoyable experiences. I cannot say the say same for today's trip to Bluewater! My son arrived on time and was seated. The rest of the party were a little late and he was not spoken to or asked for an order of any sort until our arrival 15 minutes later, for which I apologized. Once we arrived we were left unattended too. When the waiter arrived we we told, without apology, that several items were not available. Eventually drinks were ordered. When the waiter returned for order he seemed to find it too much trouble to remind us exactly what wasn't available - "I've already told you". My wife then ordered a starter that we hadn't been told was off only to be informed that it was! We decided to spend our £100 evening elsewhere. Advice to Brown's Bluewater, try to make more of the menu available and don't employ surly numpty-heads who aren't bothered to ensure their customers have a good evening and want to return. I should add the restaurant wasn't particularly busy either, so no excuses there then? Zizzi round the corner was though and the service was good, food great and the bill reasonable.

Good English food well presented friendly and prompt service , the good news is a very filling meal will not break the bank you will return time after time as we do.

I have to register my disappointment at the outcome of a booking I made for saturday evening 13/10/12. My booking was for 6 people(one of whom is wheelchair bound)for 6 pm.On arrival it was apparent that the place was full to overflowing and we were informed that it would be impossible to get to our designated table(if it was available)with a wheelchair and our only option was to wait until access was available.After some time had elapsed we had no option other than to leave. We are frequent diners at a number of your restaurants but that situation is unlikely to continue. If at the time of booking we had been told that there was a possibility that you would not be able to honour your commitment then we would have been spared the journey from Dartford. I am your dissatisfied customer.
