Bangkok Pavilion – DealFood was amazing and very polite staff
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – ChathamA wonderful location to go for a lovely relaxed Sunday brunch.
Heathfields – BromleyWe received a really friendly welcome. Fir a Thursday evening the pub was cosy with a little fire, twinkly lights etc. My friend and I both had the fish & chips. Absolutely delicious and a generous portion. A really lovely evening for a friend's birthday, didn't dissapoint & we will return. Thank you to such a lovely team.
The Plough and Barn at Leigh – TonbridgeUnfortunately our overall experience was shockingly bad. Our table (2 and a highchair) was booked for 7 pm, we were running about 4 minutes late but still called the restaurant to let them know. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone who said it wasn’t an issue and a note was made. We arrived to check into our booking at 7:04 pm and when we eventually got through the booking que we were told we were late by 2 hrs and would have to join the walk in que and that are table wasn’t available anymore. Annoyed I told them I’d spoke to someone that verified it was fine and showed them my confirmation email 7pm!!! We were then told to stand outside whilst they sorted a party of 20 out so by the time we actually got inside it was 7:40! Standing to pay I was confused as the lady infront of me was paying her bill £121.94 the woman handed over £120 in notes and asked how much she now owed and after words in another language were exchanged the worker said £12 and proceeded to overcharge by £10.06! I wonder how many people this happens too? Us being a table of 2 and a highchair were seated on a small table with the highchair right in the walkway isle which wasn’t very comfortable as not only was our table cramped but also had people walking past with plates above our sons head. Observation on the hygiene of the place was unsettling and if we hadn’t of waited so long to be seated we probably would have left. The pot wash was carrying soaking wet dirty dishes from the centre of the restaurant to the kitchen leaving a trail of manky dish water and food on the floor which is enough to put anyone off. The food available was very limited, dry and hard. Unfortunately there was no tortillas available, no nann to go with the dishes and a lot of the usual dishes were missing, we actually felt really ill after our visit not sick but certainly not right. The desert selection was very poor and if I’m honest we didn’t touch it because the presentation of it put us off it was just a big jumbled mess. I will say though that there are some lovely ladies that are attentive to clearing tables and made an effort with our son. We will not be returning, apparently this is just how they are and sadly not a one time thing
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – ChathamDelicious food, unique dishes, great veggie menu and quick service despite it being a busy saturday
The Plough and Barn at Leigh – TonbridgeFood here is divine - an excellent menu and good range of very spiced and not so spiced dishes
Bangkok Pavilion – DealGreat food, great service. Looking forward to my next visit
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – ChathamIt was very busy and children where touching all the food.
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – ChathamI went yesterday for my daughter’s birthday. So where do I start. I’m told when I get there the card machine wasn’t working, lucky I went with my parents, they had their bank card for me to get money out. (How hard is it let your customer know before hand) They was no Indian starters, the Chinese food (meats were hard. My daughters went for pasta and this was hard. I went for my mains and their didn’t have anyone to make naan bread, told me they will be here in 10 mins. They never turned up. The desserts were nothing special and the ice cream flavours were all mixed with in each other. You have to bring your own drinks to the table, and they don’t even provide jugs for water on the table Stay clear of this place, the staff do not have a clue about service and the food and experience is no bettter. Will never return. I rather go to Jimmy’s at the O2.
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – ChathamExcellent. I'm definitely coming back again. Great job. Thanks.
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – ChathamAn excellent local restaurant
St. Peters Fish Bar – BroadstairsWent for my daughters birthday got there at 6 when table was booked very rude young girl taken to table and the food was cold and the price has gone up a lot I know everything has but cost us for five adults and a child is 4 £150 and then £12 for drink refill
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – ChathamReally yummy food. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate requests. Good value for money. Will return!
Heathfields – BromleyNot impressed when I came here yesterday for my daughter’s birthday the prices are incredibly high especially for children when they have incredible small appetite or do not eat at all ! The food was ok but not the best and when we arrived after booking online I was told we should have said we requested high chairs and room for a pram when I showed my confirmation that I had done exactly that I didn’t even get an apology was a shambles and not organised at all for a booking of 8 people done 2 weeks ago online
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – ChathamThe staff were friendly, food was good but the singapore noodles didn't taste the same so that needs improvement. The time limit of 1.30mins didn't go down too well as we then found ourselves rushing to try a bit of everything but we did enjoy the food.
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – ChathamWe came here for my sisters birthday and we all loved it!. I had recently come back from a 3 month trip in Thailand and the food here is as good as you can possibly get without being in Thailand. The Tom yum soup was perfect and the curries were so flavoursome and the duck was soo tender. I’d recommend this Thai restaurant over others that I’ve been to in surrounding areas. The service was perfect, the lady who looked after us couldn’t do enough for us.
Bangkok Pavilion – DealGreat roast dinner!
