Over the years it's improved and has an extensive dinner menu! Staff are excellent and go above and beyond for you...constantly working tirelessly while finding the time to be courteous! Truly outstanding!

Upon arrival, the atmosphere was lovely and we really enjoyed the quality of the food. However, our experience was unfortunately overshadowed by how rushed and uncomfortable we were made to feel throughout the meal. From the moment we arrived, the lady at reception repeatedly reminded us that we had to leave by 17:00. Even after we acknowledged this, she came to our table multiple times during our meal to repeat the same message. This continued even as we were preparing to leave, when she again reminded us that it was time to go and instructed someone to clear the table while we were still packing up our belongings. We were a party of six, and the constant interruptions made us feel rushed and uneasy. Instead of relaxing and enjoying our meal, we found ourselves watching the time and feeling pressured. This was particularly confusing, as we noticed other guests who were seated both before our arrival and after our departure were allowed to remain undisturbed. My husband raised his concerns directly on the day, as he also felt uncomfortable with the manner in which we were spoken to. Unfortunately, this overshadowed what should have been a positive dining experience for us.

The last time I went spoons was June 2019. This visit was for my son‘s birthday wow how things have changed over the years. I believe there’s so much more variety. The place was very clean I love the new layout and having the fancy metal work just gives it a bit more of a private experience which helps a lot because I had two people in my group that suffered very bad with anxiety and being in a public place, it was a bit awkward in a couple of places because we had a person in a wheelchair as well as a person using a crutch but all in all they absolutely love the place it’s the first time they’ve ever been to a place like that, the food was just absolutely beautiful and tasty and I didn’t have any problems whatsoever. I like the new markings of telling you what’s in the food and not in the food because one of my people was allergic to mushrooms, but on the downside the only issue that I had was I thought the toilets could’ve done with being cleaned on more of a regular basis.

Really good menu, with lots of choice, and fairly priced. The atmosphere was good and the staff friendly and efficient. On top of that the booking process was easy. We’ll be going back.

Friendly pub, good range of food and drink. Attentive staff, very good value for money

This pub has become a standout favourite for our annual badminton club summer meal. This year 14 of us settled in for a great evening meal. The food was excellent and every plate from each course was sent back empty. The chefs prepare amazing food, with full plates set out in an appetising manner. The servers are fast and discreet, pleasant and courteous. Another very memorable evening, enjoyed by all. Thank you to all the staff at the Three Tuns

Lovely relaxed lunch catching up with a friend. The special menu was perfect and both dishes delicious as we each choose one of them! Service great and all staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent as usual. Have been using this restaurant periodically since it opened but regularly more recently. Staff are lovely, friendly and attentive, nothing too much trouble. Food is our very favourite of all sorts, never had a dish we haven't liked, quality always great. Booking essential at weekends as this place is very busy. Thank you Jack and staff for another brilliant visit.

Got married here 2 years ago and have returned for our anniversary each year since. The staff are always really friendly and congratulated us on our anniversary (we specified it was in the notes section of the booking). The food was delicious as always and reasonably priced. We usually sit inside when it's just the two of us as we love the quiet atmosphere inside with the music. Desert came on a large plate with "Happy Anniversary" written in chocolate sauce which was a lovely touch. Can't recommend this pub enough and plan to return every year for our anniversary plus other times with family and friends.
