Heathfields – BromleyWasnt too busy when we went but there were still LOTS of food choices available. The food was good. It would be nice if the refillable soft drinks where included in the main price and just serve the alcohol as extra.
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – ChathamGood variations of food for this price!
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – ChathamBooked the table for 17:00. 18 members Family and guests (Birthday Party) We were told that we will only have 1.5hrs. I agreed paid but guests arrived slightly late due to the taxis. At 18:29 a member of the staff came over to me and said we have to leave as 1.5 hrs are up. I know the precise time because I looked at my watch. I said yes we were a few minutes late and some of my guests were having sweet course and will be leaving ASAP. He than became very authoritarian and said it's the company policy that you have to leave now and started clearing the plates. I went up to the reception and wanted to speak with the manager, but a young kid came over to me and said he will have a word with the person. We have been there many times but have never felt so insulted in front of my guests. It was not as if they were busy and wanted the tables or if were being noisy etc. I spent over £600 in that place and will never come back again. Worst experience. Not a place to take your guests. No management, no customer training for the staff.

Spoon World Buffet and Bar – ChathamBusy please but overall good food and service.
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – ChathamLovely atmosphere, friendly staff and good quality food at very reasonable prices. High recommended.
The Plough and Barn at Leigh – TonbridgeWe were given a warm welcome by the helpful and friendly staff who looked after us with great care throughout our excellent lunch at this comfortable and atmospheric old pub. Born in Kent but now living in Devon, if I could pick this place up and set it down as my new local I would happily do so tomorrow. Good pub food, excellent beer, usefully imaginative veggie options, great team. Just what we were looking for to celebrate a small family occasion. Many thanks to you all.
The Plough and Barn at Leigh – TonbridgePrice is too high and we had to pay for drinks separate as well time spend should at least be extended to 2 hours as some people are slow eaters and dont eat much .but in all its a good service
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – ChathamI had yet another lovely brunch with my friend. Atmosphere is great and service is wonderful and cheery
Heathfields – BromleyWent for lunch with my brother and his dog. I’m vegetarian/pescatarian and was happy to see there were some good choices on the menu. I chose a very enjoyable mushroom and feta burger which came with a mountain of freshly cooked skinny fries. My brother had the sausage ciabatta, which he said was good, and we shared my fries.
The Plough and Barn at Leigh – TonbridgeWhat an enjoyable time we had at the Plough we were looked after the service was great the food was great there was plenty of it and well worth the money.
The Plough and Barn at Leigh – TonbridgeAwful. Booked for a 60th Birthday meal, rung in advance to rearrange time of booking due to horrific weather and traffic, was told they'd hold the table. As we got there, bearing in mind there was 7 of us and 2 disabled and 2 children, there was a man stood at the door not letting anyone in, it was over filled with people which they could of explained on the phone that we would have to wait half hour more than our booking time! Safe to say it ruined a birthday, all absolutely soaking wet and not even an apology, so we had no choice but to leave. Disgusting behaviour towards customers.
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – ChathamWe have always enjoyed spoons But prices have increased Ok going once in a while Also plastic plates now
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – ChathamWe visit this restaurant every year for my two son's birthdays. My children love it as they enjoy trying all the different food. The food is always good and staff quick to clear food away. One and a half hours for a table is only just long enough though and doesn't give enough time to relax afterwards at all or let your food go down let alone sing happy birthday. So that could be improved by being 2 hours. It is always a huge queue to enter even though you book and it took half an hour to get seated this time. It was too long fir my 87 year old dad yo stand outside. When we were seated it was by the exit door. It was freezing as people kept leaving the door open and it was very cold outside. This did ruin our experience somewhat.
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – ChathamEverything was superb
Spoon World Buffet and Bar – ChathamTeam Christmas meal, thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Thank you!
The Plough and Barn at Leigh – TonbridgeMy friend and I had dinner on 21.11.2025. She had prawns with chilli and basil and I asked for pawns in oyster sauce with cashew nuts. My dish was very similar to the chicken version on the menu and when I asked the older gentleman what sauce was in the chicken version, he mentioned it could be several sauces depending on what I wanted. I wanted prawns and asked for that with oyster sauce and it seemed to annoy him. My friend loved her dish. Mine was bland and the sauce was very gloopy. Best thing about both dishes was the size of the prawns; big and juicy. Overall, I was disappointed. My friend was happy though so we left and thanked the staff. The venue had a nice buzz though so that helped make the evening pass happily enough.
