Came with my partner and two kids — overall, it was a pretty good experience. There was loads of choice, so everyone found something they liked. The quality of the food was decent, though some dishes could’ve been hotter. A few items were just warm rather than hot, which was a bit disappointing. The live cooking station was a nice feature, but it would’ve been even better with more meat options available to cook fresh. We also had bottomless soft drinks at £3.50 each, which was a good deal and definitely added to the value. Staff were friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed, and it felt like a solid option for a casual meal out with family. Would return.

Heathfields is consistent in every way. I can always be confident that I’ll enjoy my meal, I’ll be welcomed and it’ll be excellent value for money. It’s well patronised and usually buzzing with atmosphere. The decor is pleasing, the menu varied and the service is prompt and attentive. I’d recommend Heathfields to anyone.

Perfect location before or after a walk around Keston Lakes. Bus stop outside . Ambience good , brunch menu good and excellent range.

Lovely lunch as always in the covered terrace. We had avocado on toast with feta which was delicious. The cafe was extremely busy but the staff were rushing around catering for everyone. We were served by 2 lovely ladies who were polite and friendly. Excellent coffee too!

We really liked it. Shame they don't accept blue light cards but give discount with work ID, which you don't tend to have with you on an evening out. Tables quite close together so tricky to get around, but huge range of food on offer and plates cleared very quickly. Will be back, we enjoyed it

Everything is good, except the asian lady at the reception, my goodness so damn rude! This was my 3rd visit this year and consistently this lady has been rude. Very disappointing.

Good menu choice, friendly service & reasonable prices. We had the platter for two which was tasty & plentiful. This was our first visit but won't be out last.

We came here for a birthday meal and had a fabulous experience. We were seated away from the main part of the pub in a separate little room, which was perfect as we had a 2 year old and a 3 day old baby with us so we didn’t have to worry about disturbing other customers. The service was excellent, the choice of food was impressive, the portion sizes were generous and the food was very reasonably priced. I’d highly recommend coming here for a meal. Our daughter and her partner have booked this venue for their wedding so we’re really excited for that and having experienced the hospitality here, we have no doubt that the staff will make it a fantastic and very memorable day.

Always a warm welcome at Heathfield. We just missed brunch but chose from the extensive lunch menu. All choices were great. Decent flat white too! Good value, great service and nice place. Must try to do something about the blue bottles and wasps who were interested in our food though.

We had a lovely breakfast here on Monday. The food was absolutely delicious and so fresh. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming and the staff were super lovely. Will definitely be back next time we’re in Whitstable.
