The welcome to this historic pub was warm and welcoming. Sunday lunch was delicious and there were many excellent vegetarian options. The waiting staff were friendly and attentive. Great local beers too. Would certainly recommend the Barn and Plough and we will be back.

The Three Tuns – SittingbourneWe’ve visited deal for years as we have family here, but never had the chance to experience Bangkok pavilion until now, and we were not disappointed- only disappointed we hadn’t been there before now! What a quaint little Thai tardis inside, staff can’t do enough for you, food was lovely and were very knowledgeable on gluten free so don’t be worried if you have dietary needs. We will definitely making more of an effort to visit next time we are visiting family.

On looking at the plate it could have been enhanced by a small bit of colour i.e salad or tomato (less chips maybe). But rest assured it didn’t spoil my birthday meal. Will be visiting again.

Spoon World Buffet and Bar – ChathamWe use this restaurant on a regular basis, since it opened, but more recently and have never had cause to complain. The food is always excellent. Service was a little slow this time (had to wait longer than usual for plates to be cleared and order another drink and dessert) but the staff are always polite and one lady remembers what we drink, no hesitation! Will keep on visiting the Bangok Pavilion. It must be the most busy restaurant at weekends as if you don't book and it's full, you will be turned away. Always book! A really lovely eatery.
