Such a lovely place to meet friends for lunch, great home cooked food, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff

A wonderful afternoon celebrating my birthday. The hospitality and food were amazing and my birthday cake was delicious, the grandkids loved the massive garden.

Was here last night, 4 adults. Nice surroundings, pleasant staff, acceptable time for food to arrive. A few items there was only 1 serving available. Food was lovely accept the mash potato, reminded my guest of instant smash. I would definitely return.

Visited on Sunday 1st June for lunch and food was out of this world, we had the beef roast dinner and homemade burger. Food sizes were perfect, service was quick and staff ensured we were happy with everything. Pub is very inviting and has a large garden and having been there in summer I’m looking forward to more visits especially in the winter months when menu is different. Highly recommend

We have had several meals at The Plough now and each time it is wonderful. The staff are always so friendly and the food always delicious with lots of options.

Would not recommend chicken was raw unfortunately and told a member of staff and not bothered

Arrived half hour early of booking , parking ok £3 for 3 hrs great price . Que of 30 , seated in 15 min, easy to get drinks , plenty of choice of food and replenished quickly, tasty, fresh, clean, this was our first time and will return .

Excellent brunch catering for family of 8 from children to grandparents. Service was very good and staff were friendly and helpful.

Heathfield is one of my favourite meeting places. It is friendly and the food is lovely.

Popped in for lunch midweek. Staff were so friendly and service was fantastic. The menu had a good range of options to suit everyone with a good range of veggie options and lighter bites as well. The pricing was reasonable and the portions were generous. We all really enjoyed the food and look forward to returning in the future.

I had lunch here on Bank Holiday Monday with friends and my youngest son. Food amazing as always. Service is always with a smile! Definitely the best place to eat for miles around. Highly recommended and, if you haven't tried it, you are missing out!
