Wonderful location, excellent service. We ate looking out over the sea from the atmospheric dining room. Traditional Sunday roasts with v generous helpings. Private parking much appreciated.

Sensational restaurant, love the decor, the staff are super-lovely, food is great and reasonably priced. These people really care about their customers.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Rob produced excellent vegetarian meals for me and enormous breakfasts.

The restaurant is clean, modern and has a large selection of well cooked foods. Staff are attentive and buffet and table areas are always cleaned quickly. I've been going to Spoons for many years and look forward to returning soon.

We came for dinner on Wednesday as a party of 6. Staff were excellent and attentive, Darren behind the bar was so funny and kept us entertained throughout the evening. Food was incredible. It was a lovely evening.

My son throughly enjoyed his experience at spoons trying lots of new food and desserts.

We were a party of 3 with a well behaved dog! 1 member of the party is older and blind. Before and during our visit Darren and all the staff did their very best to make our visit as easy and accessible as possible. Their customer service could not be faulted and it seemed very natural not forced, they genuinely seemed to be enjoying what they were doing which is quite a rarity!! We loved The Plough - parking is easy and plentiful. Staff were (as mentioned) friendly, obliging and efficient whilst maintaining a very relaxed ambience. The menu is refreshingly slightly different to the usual local options! The food was lovely and very generous portions. I feel we have found a gem to be re-visited

A very enjoyable lunch on a Friday . Friendly and efficient service and tasty mains and desserts. Lovely garden and plenty of parking. What’s not to like?!

Food choices were great and it was so nice to have plenty to choose from. Whole family enjoyed it. Pudding section was popular with the kids! Lovely girl called Kayla showed us to our table and was kindly checking in on us threw out our stay. Will definitely be going again.

We came for a wedding viewing on Sunday and after we stayed for the best roast dinner I have ever had! The food was incredible and so were the staff and atmosphere. I have coeliac disease and the staff accommodated my dietary requirements. It was great to see there was lots of choice on the menu.

My wife and I wanted to treat ourselves to a meal out when visiting Deal so after checking reviews we decided to have a meal at the Bangkok Parlour . It's how most people describe it , lovely food , decor and the staff being so attentive I just wished we had this restaurant in our home town of Southend as we would be regulars . So we will definitely be back when we return .

Eleven of us had Sunday Lunch on a very busy day. The service was good and staff friendly. The food was excellent. A great traditional pub with a lovely atmosphere, a large garden and childrens play area.

The young boy at the desk was rude we had booked ,told him we had booked I had phoned up in the day to confirm Asked where we are sitting he said he didn't know very poor customer service ,told another member of safe she just laughed The table was no even set up properly Food was nice but lack of atmosphere and customer service was really dissatisfied ,it my be a buffet but you still need a form of customer service

Tasty food, good service!

We have been eating here for many years, always fantastic food and service, we live 80 miles away but it’s so good that we don’t mind the long drive to get there, the food never disappoints
