Reviews in Keswick

This was our fifth visit and it never disappoints, the service impeccable, the food delicious and a reasonable price . Will be booking a table for next year

Food was superb. Better than home cooked meals at a reasonable price with a high level of customer service and efficiency. Keep going your amazing. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Excellent Sunday Lunch. Great service by attentive staff, even though The Pheasent was busy, as it always is when we visit. We definitely visit again when we are in the area. Would highly recommend going.

We have been to the Pheasant a few times for Sunday dinner and it never disappoints! Always great food, attentive staff and quick service. We recommend it to anyone coming to Keswick!

Really good food, great service, The Pheasant is a jewel because the team are so great!

We had a filling dinner during our stay in Keswick. We started with the baked camembert which was fantastic. My husband got the meat pie and I got the seafood pie. The portions are large and filling. It's nice that the entrees come with vegetable sides that were also plentiful. Unfortunately, we were top stuffed to try any desserts. The staff was friendly.

Superb -we have been coming here each year for last five years and it never disappoints. It’s what a pub should be.

Amazing, traditional food at a homey pub!

We had a lovely meal with superb service, the team were very welcoming of us and our dog and very flexible to our needs, thank you

Fantastic food. Incredibly helpful staff. Wonderful venue. We will be back.

Excellent avec un service très sympathique. Je recommande très vivement !

Another fantastic meal at the Pheasant. Great table, great atmosphere great food and great staff/service. Best pub and food in Keswick highly recommended.

Good grub and plenty of it. Staff were attentive and friendly. Would definitely eat here again.

Booked for Sunday lunch at the pheasant even though I made my reservation over a week in advance alot of time slots were full (so be warned!) The staff were very welcoming and friendly even though they were very busy. We arrived 15min early but our table was ready for us . The drinks were priced as you would expect for Keswick We ordered two Sunday roasts which we thoroughly enjoyed . The portion sizes were large ,to say the least!!.we didn't mind paying £23 due to the quality and quantity! Unfortunately we cannot comment regarding the desert menu as we were too full! Highly recommend

Worst experience Ive had in a restaurant in a long time. Ive been coming for years and always found it to be exceptional but I will never come again after what happened. The waitress was combative and rude. I heard her saying horrible things about me to the kitchen staff. When I went to speak to the manager she held a dish of chips up to my face in an aggressive manner. I have never been treated like this in a restaurant in my life. Absolutely disgusted.

Visited a couple of times for a pint then a meal. Lovely beer and wine, really enjoyed our meals, well cooked generous portions, friendly service, nice outdoor seating areas with a view, highly recommend.

Friendly clean pub in a great location. Good menu, not many specials available this visit. Good selection of beverages, very dog friendly.
