Food was absolutely gorgeous, pasta so light and fresh and no scrimping on the ingredients. We booked on a Tuesday night and were surprised to see the car park full when we pulled in. We can now see why. Great food, nice ambiance, great menu. We will definitely be back!
Quattro’s – OrmskirkWe enjoyed our lunch. Service excellent - polite and friendly. Not rushed. My friend had a chicken panini and she commented it was really good. I had roast pepper + halloumi panini which was also good. Both served with bit of salad and crisps. Gave 4/5 purely because 1st visit. Would def visit again. The Ginger Bistro – PrestonThe food was excellent and this sentiment was echoed by the rest of my group (4 of us) My only gripe was that we all ordered and the food arrived in quite an unusual order. Two of my party received all their 3 dishes before the other two had received anything. This was only a small issue though as the food arrived quickly and the host brought out complimentary bruschetta to tide us over until our food arrived. This certainly wouldnt put me off going again though, nor recommending it to friends and family.
Astoria – BurnleyStaff appeared new and was unsure of the process. However, staff where very polite and attentive. The place was busy good vibe nice ambiance Food took to long to come but was nice when it came. Will visit again

Quattro’s – OrmskirkOur first visit to the restaurant, heard people I know saying nice things so gave it a go. On entry very welcoming and polite. The menu offered up good things. I had the trout and crab starter tian which was ok had a dish almost the same at another place. Didn’t excite me the bread was good. My partner had the artichoke dish which was tasty and little different that was ok. Bread came with both dishes but no butter…? I had the lamb shoulder dish it was ok no flavour to th lamb ie garlic rosemary, the sauce lacked depth . It was served in a bowl but it was very small. My partner had the hake and lobster dish which was ok the whole dish was overpowered by the saffron rice and the lobster was wasted by being deep fried and the bisque nowhere near enough, ditch the rice is a start to a better dish. We had carrots as a side at £5 sorry not worth far to sweet. Dessert was very good, my fondant was good the ice cream needed work the Parkin dish we got was a little over complicated and far too sweet the rhubarb was didn’t do what it was me tear too sweet. Nice place drinks very pricey £9 for a glass of wine, won’t be rushing back.

Astoria – BurnleyVisited on 11/04/22 Group of 6, service wasn’t great, had to keep asking for drinks rather than being asked, they did say they were short staffed but then shouldn’t take walk ins if that’s the case. Staff never checked if meals were ok, they were just average especially for the price. The staff that served us were pleasant though very inexperienced.
