An excellent restaurant - one of the best Chinese in the North -West. Certainly better than most that are raved about in Manchester City Centre. Becomes even better value with a Hi-Life Card as it can be used every visit.
Honey Tree – Morecambe

Honey Tree – MorecambeI've eaten at Moka numerous times over the last two years and been really impressed each time. The menu is really interesting and v. different compared to many other restaurants. The food is always lovely, and the service equally as good - the free bottle of wine is an extra bonus!! A hidden gem and my favourite restaurant!!
Moka – PrestonWent for a meal with a group of friends when we left college a couple of years ago, been a favourite ever since. It has a very relaxed atmosphere and the food is delicious and perfectly portioned. Lovely staff. Definitely one to recommend.
Jim’s Vegetarian Restaurant – ColneA nice looking pub, went there on a Sunday, I had fish and my company lamb, mine was better than his. I'd expect a pub to stick to more traditional ways of cooking and presenting food really.
Snooty Fox – Kirkby LonsdaleThis is like travelling back to a combination of '80's and absinth addicted paris in the 1900's. In other words the decor of the place is rather confused although it has great potential if it chooses to either go more retro or kitsch. As far as the food's concerned your average pizza place quality, very few decent looking pasta on the menu (didn't get to try it) we did nevertheless get a vey nice desert. The service wasn't particularly eager but has perhaps to do with the fact that we showed up at ten.
Pizza Margherita – LancasterI've visited Miyabi once and was pleased by the quality of the food and service. It is a nice place, nothing spectacular though, I'd expect more theatricals in a Teppan-Yaki place.
Miyabi Japanese Restaurant – LancasterIt is a pity that we live 200 miles away from this restaurant, but whenever we are in the area we try to have a meal at the AGRA. We recommend anyone who loves Indian food to try this place. The chef does a Tamarind and Chilli sauce to go with the starters that is wonderful!
Agra Indian Restaurant – BurnleyMy daughter recently turned 18 and we celebrated with a family meal at the Bulls Head. Had a fantastic evening, the food was delicious and the staff efficient and well mannered. I will definitely be returning!
Bulls Head At Wilpshire – BlackburnI will admit, I am not a great ice-cream lover, however when I went to Italy I was a convert. Unfortunately I have not tasted ice-cream like it since......that it until we went here. On my Sunday ride outs I noticed this is quite a popular place, somedays the queue will stretch right out of the shop and down the road, and rightly so too. We stopped the other week to have a try, and I can only say YUM! if you like ice-cream this is the place (forget Bonds) creamy Italian ice-cream as good as you get in Rome, it's a must
Frederick’s Ice Cream Parlour & Coffee Bar – ChorleyI will admit, I am not a great ice-cream lover, however when I went to Italy I was a convert. Frederick’s Ice Cream Parlour & Coffee Bar – ChorleyWhat a delicious place! I have been both to the restaurant and the food court. The food court was a fabulously refreshing experience and no good shopping trip to Lancaster should be without lunch here! the food is delicious a really good choice and excellent value for money it is not expensive at all, the decor is calm and fresh with a lovely atmosphere, what a cool refreshing place to experience excellent quality food.
Sultan Of Lancaster – LancasterQuieter nights, during the week, rather than the weekend are best. There's a carpark at the rear. Good choice of menu and the place is nice and cosy. Book a table over the phone to be sure of a table, It's the type of place I'd chance something I don't normally have, because the quality of the food is pretty good.
Royalty Phoenix – AccringtonHave visited this Tea room 3 times now and it is excellent. The food is all homemade (not from the microwave) which makes a great change. All fresh produce, great soups, salads, starters and sandwiches. Outstanding Sunday lunch!! Gorgeous cakes and puddings. In pleasant and comfortable surroundings. Would definitely recommend trying this Hidden Gem!!! You won't be disappointed!!
Cariad Coffee House and Tearoom – Kirkby LonsdaleOne word to describe the whole experience is "FANTASTIC" Everything from food to service was excellent.
Bukhara – PrestonThis is the best Indian restaurant I have been to, infact it's one of the nicest restaurants I've been to. The decor is tasteful and welcoming and most importantly the food is beautiful, all fresh ingredients, and so tasty, the chicken tikka Rogan josh is definitely my favourite, loads of fresh cherry tomatoes. The chicken chaat starter is really tasty. I'd say it was priced really well, you get what you pay for, good quality food does not come cheap, and it's only £8 or £9 for a chicken curry dish. Me and my boyfriend go and we usually spend about £40, that? including at least two drinks each, poppadom, two main courses, rice, chapattis and maybe even a desert. We must have been to the Blue Elephant at least ten times, as well as having countless take aways! I would recommend it to all curry lovers! Not a bad word to say about the place! We love it!
The Elephant – ChorleyI'm an ex-pat from Arizona, and this is, bar none, the best Mexican food in the United Kingdom. I've been from one end of this country to the other, over the past six years. Highly recommended.
Wellsprings Inn Pendle Hill – ClitheroeWe have been going here for 20 years and it is always excellent. There new sister restaurant in witherslack, Grange over sands is also the best in the Lake District.
Honey Tree – MorecambeThe food itself is very tasty and good sized portions. However, I do feel it is rather pricey. With growing popularity it seems to have put its prices up. It used to be reasonably priced, now it isn?. Although the food remains excellent. The surroundings are tasteful and usually busy in the evenings and it has a fantastic lively atmosphere which rubs off on to everyone. Service is good, but always room for improvement.
