1st time at Tanvis and it was Christmas day. Nobody wants to work Christmas day but everyone there was polite and made us feel very welcome. Yes it was very busy but it's Christmas day so we were definitely not in a rush and just enjoyed the time there. The food was amazing, really couldn't fault anything at all and we will be back.

Glad we went for the 12 pm sitting as it did get busy around 1:30pm but I suppose it was Christmas day. Thank you for a lovely meal and I'm sure we will be back next year at some point!

The White Hart – HullRecently visited for Sunday lunch. Delicious! Did not disappoint. Plenty of fresh tasty veg, three meats to choose from and plenty of gravy. Cannot comment on dessert as I was too full. Looked amazing though. Staff were, as always, friendly and polite, nothing to much trouble. Mark at reception greeted us with a lovely warm welcome.

Sambuca Ristorante Morley – MorleyWe go quite regularly & the staff have always been friendly & welcoming. I visited earlier in the month with a group of 22 work friends for a leaving do. They were very accommodating for people who were arriving later than the main party & nothing was too much trouble. The food was very good. Visited again on Sunday with friends & the food was excellent, as was the service.
