Booked a table for 2 for Sunday lunch on 6th April, I my opinion this is the best Sunday lunch in middlesbrough, everything cooked to perfection , piping hot and the gravy WOW! You could just drink cups of it, i did have a bit of room for desert , opted for the brownie with my choice of pouring cream , best brownie I've had ! , staff where very attentive , great service , martin the chef was outstanding , well done to all of you for making our visit very enjoyable , thankyou we will definitely be back x

Always great food and great service

We had great early evening meal for 5 people,We were warmly welcomed at the door.It was nice to be given time to order the drinks and food,At no time did we feel rushed through our visit.The waiter was very attentive without being over the top,he was always around to be able to order more drinks etc.The food was excellent as expected as we've been previously.I would reccomend the restaurant for anyone who's looking for Authentic Greek food,And great service.

We booked quite last minute for Friday evening. The pub was super busy and lively and we were looked after brilliantly by the staff. We had a drink in the beer garden before heading into the restaurant side for dinner. I sprung upon Jack behind the bar the idea of surprising my husband with a birthday cake. He was super accommodating and informed the kitchen. We enjoyed a delicious burger and the cod special. Both meals were so tasty and good sizes. It was proper northern hospitality at its best. Thank you for a lovely meal.

I booked a reservation in advance however when we arrived there was no table reserved for us which was annoying as we had two young children. When we eventually found somewhere to sit the food was delicious I ordered the steak and ale pie , we were charged for adult meal for a child and charged for a pint of beer when we had a half. The manger sorted this out no problem. It was a busy day tables wasn’t clean and the bathroom were dirty with overflowing bins. Hope our next visit will be better.

Gorgeous location in a peaceful village. Chosen as it’s family and dog friendly. Didn’t disappoint. Lovely food enjoyed whilst sitting in the spring sunshine. Attentive and helpful landlady. Topped off with a walk through the adjacent nature reserve after our meal. Perfect.

Two nights at the Kings Arms and both accommodation and food was first rate. Very friendly service couldn’t do enough to accommodate us! Lots of choice and a specials board plus a lovely warm atmosphere! Will be returning very soon!

Great experience! Friendly staff who enjoy their jobs and treat the cats extremely well, with their best interest. Cosy environment, very relaxing and entertaining to watch and interact with cats, we got to feed them chicken which they loved. The red velvet cake was delicious! Will definitely be back!

Lovely food and attentive Waitress who kept checking to see if we needed anything. Nice setting with comfy seating.

Food was excellent & very good value for money. Service was very prompt & professional. Access was a little challenging as restaurant is up several flights of stairs
