Stunning every time! Every mouthful was delicious, we couldn't choose so between 4 of us we ordered lots! From the cauliflower and sweet potato to the steak & lobster every dish was a revelation! We have introduced a number of friends who have all loved it! We will keep coming back, local family run and exceptional service! Support local business, they are an absolute joy!

We had a lovely Sunday lunch on Sunday,once we knew the way they did things. We will return again soon,but I must say waiting nearly half hour for the sweets we ordered. Well that's they only thing I have to complain about.

Lovely Sunday lunch again .. 5 of us had the roast dinner, different meats & all loved them! Plenty of fresh veg & meal perfectly cooked. Service & atmosphere always so friendly too - thank you & looking forward to coming back again soon!

Haven’t been here for a while, but decided to try Sunday Carvery with the family. Staff were attentive and the carvery was well organised and well stocked. The food was delicious, even my fussy husband was pleased. We’re not big eaters and opted for the normal size plate. It was just enough for me. Mind you I didn’t pile up my plate like others. Gravy boats are available as well as apple sauce etc. We will be back!

An excellent evening meal, very good friendly service. 5he seafood risotto with sea bass was delicious and also the lamb and mint pie, with lots of gravy! The breakfast was also excellent.

Booked an anniversary meal for two and we're spoilt for choice. I'm normally quite fussy but would've happily ordered anything off the menu. We ordered the French onion soup and the Black pudding starters followed by the Belly Pork and the seafood parcels which were all delicious, accompanied by a lovely bottle of Malbec. Haven't been for years but wish we'd come back sooner, definitely won't be leaving it as long until next time.

My husband and myself had a beautiful meal at Tockets we couldn't fault anything, i said I wanted my steak cooking medium but no running blood it was absolutely spot on I thoroughly enjoyed,my husband had the jumbo cod and he was the same absolutely excellent. Serves was very good too.will definitely be back.

Lovely evening spent with friends. As always, the food was fabulous (the squid was amazing) with plenty of choice to suit all tastes and a good wine list. The staff were attentive without being intrusive. We ate in the restaurant and there's plenty of room between tables. There's a cosy bar too where dogs are welcome. We come regularly and are never disappointed. Highly recommend x

Tried you first last September and enjoyed it, so when in the area again definitely come back, food good and hot, some interesting choices on offer, staff were lovely, place was very busy which makes a good atmosphere, well done all.
