First impression count and we both agreed that the unpretentious atmosphere and the well prepared and presented lunch was just what we like. Sort of place you'd be happy to take friends to. Lovely. Bags of parking .

Great service , food and atmosphere

Went for a meal for my daughter's birthday and the food was absolutely amazing, every plate tasted fantastic and the atmosphere was great with fantastic service This is one of my favourite places to eat.

We had a lovely family meal - Sunday carvery. All staff were very friendly and we will definitely come back again.

The food was exceptional we really enjoyed our meal couldn’t manage a dessert. The owner recommended a bottle of wine and it was delicious We had a really positive experience and will definitely eat there next time we’re in the area

Excellent pub....nice in the bar and dining area. Real ale top notch. Food really good at a reasonable price...great selection. Staff and service could not have better...would highly recommend The King's Arms at Askrigg...my biggest disappointment was to discover this place on our last day of our hols!...will be back!

Went for Sunday lunch. We both got the lamb. Absolutely delicious. Cooked to perfection. Roast potatoes to die for and the Yorkshire pudding was enormous. Well worth the money

This is such a great format - lots of lovely, tasty dishes with the potential to mix flavours depending on whether you favour more or less spice. Everything we had was absolutely mouth watering, and 3 dishes per person was just right on quantity. Service was quick and cheerful, no hurrying us off our table either - this is definitely the best and most reliably good restaurant experience in Ilkley!

Amazing food, excellent service will definitely be back

Beautiful cafe, nice little menu, gorgeous cats, friendly staff. From start to finish our visit to the cafe was wonderful, made to feel at home, encouraged to interact with the cats and play with them. Friendly chatty staff who made you feel welcome, and the cafe itself is lovely and clean. Also best Hot Chocolate ive ever had.

We had a lovely evening The service was excellent, and the food, delicious. The restaurant was very comfortable too. Air-conditioning in the very hot weather was a real bonus. Thank you for making this occasion so special.

After reading the reviews for El Toro, I was optimistic that the visit to here would be spectacular. I was very wrong about this. The service was good, but the quality of the food on the all you can eat tapas was mediocre at best. The portions were small which was reasonable, and I'm glad they were, as some of the food I couldn't finish purely due to the lack of flavour. The idea of an all you can eat sounds brilliant, and the price would be reasonable if the food were good. Albeit, I wouldn't go here again. It felt like an underwhelming experience overall, which I wouldn't want to repeat. Moreover, the highly rated sangria was made up of mostly ice and wasn't worth the price paid. In Spain you could buy the same thing for 2 euros in a supermarket.
