Wow! There’s not another word for it! The food was amazing and the service warm and welcoming. I visited with my 2 kids aged 13 and 9. We had a garlic bread with aioli and honey and sriracha crust dips we also had a Joe pizza and a rocket and parm salad it was all cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. We absolutely loved the decor and the vibe of the place. We couldn’t fault anything! This place is well worth a visit, we will certainly be returning.

Booked on recommendation of our daughter and so glad I did! Very busy little bistro ,staff were great , best oysters I’ve ever had , awesome seafood and great views of Scarborough and harbour! Can’t wait to come back!

Had a lovely lunch with friends. Service was great and food was amazing.

Good atmosphere with pleasant staff. Warm and cosy on a cold February evening. Two of us there to dine. Starter was very good and the main course scampi also. Chips were excellent, perfectly cooked. The Moules Mariniere main was a little disappointing. Not really to the traditional recipe and a little heavy. Served with a soft bread rather than crisp baguette.

Visited Cassiel Bar and Kitchen to celebrate my husband's birthday. The food was excellent with plenty to choose from as well as value for money. The staff couldn't do more. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

We love this restaurant, transport issues over the last couple of years have made the trip difficult,but having the right conditions at last,we made it,not disappointed,lovely just like we remembered, great staff,thanks.

Had a lovely Sunday Lunch with family. food was great . Beer was great. Staff were really nice and especially helpful when an extra person wanted to join the table.

Scallops excellent Staff lovely Burger very tasty

As we ascended the stairs we weren’t quite sure what we would find. However, pushing the door open we quickly realised that we’d found a great little gem. We reserved our table on line with just an hour to spare and we’re glad we did as even on a cold February Monday morning it was busy. A small place where everything is just right. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast. I had kippers and my partner had the full English - the best he’d ever had! Highly recommend for breakfast. We’ll definitely be back.

My wife and I have been dining at Tocketts Mill for numerous years, from breakfast, lunchtime and evening meals as well Sunday lunches. I'm sorry to say that last night's meal wasn't the best we have had. The steak pie is usually mouthwatering with the meat so tender, last night the meat was tough and the pastry was dry and hard. The parmo was over cooked on the bottom. This ended in a disappointing evening of celebrating a birthday.

Really good service and food. Cosy, friendly atmosphere, relaxed, no rush, with a good choice of drinks and food.

Lovely afternoon meal, we waited for a table to be free as the restaurant came highly recommended and it did not disappoint We shared the cajun crayfish broil and fish and chips. It was delicious, served very hot and without too much time to wait Staff are wonderful, and very accommodating as we have a large dog who had some for beach walks too! Will book in advance next time and 100% want to try everything on the menu, an absolutely wonderful place to eat thank you

Lovely food and excellent service from our waitress. The food arrived really quickly and it was really kind of the staff to adjust a menu item for my friend's daughter.

We were visiting Ilkley for a long weekend and booked this on the Sunday eve because we both love Sirlanka food. The veggie, fish and meat choice was brilliant. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere nice and relaxed. We are returning to Ilkley in the summer and will definitely visit again to experience more of this amazing menu.
