Six of us dined at this quaint Mexican themed restaurant and my first thing to write would be wow. Between us we covered over half of the menu, and not one single negative can be given. The service, atmosphere and decor are all first rate, but the showstopper was definitely the food. The special of the day was ox cheek, and it did not disappoint, the portions are not the biggest but they are surprisingly filling, the beef birria was packed with melt in your mouth beef. All 6 of us were very satisfied and we will definitely return. Highly recommend.

Myself & 2 friends came for a meal here and it was fantastic! The carbonara is delicious and everything is made fresh. If you’re looking for somewhere to eat I would definitely recommend this place!

From time to time I arrange meals out for myself and 8 friends, have been to Sambucas on several occasions and it’s the only time I don’t have any complaints!!!! The food is consistently delicious and the staff excellent, professional and friendly.

An exceptional meal. I had the soup of the day (courgette and leek) followed by the steak with Yorkshire blue cheese sauce. Both were really first class and the steak was one of the most tender and delicious I've ever tasted, cooked to perfection. The raspberry and elderflower pannacotta was a great way to finish. Everything about this evening was first rate: friendly and very efficient service with great food. I hope we get the chance to come back soon. The spacious dining room meant that there was plenty of space between tables so a very nice atmosphere too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at The Craven Arms. Excellent food, superb service and a lovely atmosphere.

First time visit to Brooks. The restaurant gave good vibes as you walked in, clean and tasteful decor, background music just that. The food lived up to the promise of the room. We shared an excellent assortment of tapas from a sharing plate and then had room for another standard tapas. The food was mid and full of flavour. It was well presented and the staff were very helpful in making our meal choices. The food was washed down with an excellent Spanish lager plus a Sir Lankan beer, the latter was a bit disappointing. We enjoyed our meal and the ambience of the restaurant, will go there again.

Our visit was excellent. Attention to detail was second to none. The food was great. From starter to main and desert it was excellent.

Never been here for a meal before . Friday night and busy. I mentioned that we were going to the Milton Rooms so even though busy our food arrived in time. Could have chosen most of the items on the menu but managed with a few each..and of course tried them all. Did very much enjoy them and hope to return to try some more. The service was great, we were made to feel welcome and valued.

We spent a very special birthday at Tabby Teas . The people working there were delightful and obviously love their jobs . There are strict instructions to ensure the wellbeing of the cats but this doesn't hamper all the lovely cat action . I went in thinking I wasn't a cat person , it was my husband's birthday, now I think I am. Great experience.

Very good value for money. Food was hot and very well presented. We had a lunch from the small portion menu and I would not say it was small I would say more than adequate for lunch. I would highly recommend this venue.

This was my 80th birthday treat! Wonderful seafood in a perfect setting with excellent service. Definitely coming again to try the chowder!

We ate at the Kings Arms on Friday and Saturday evening . All the food was excellent, the Hake particularly good . Loved the atmosphere and first class service. All very reasonable.

We had a wonderful meal and the service was outstanding, we will definitely be back!
