Whilst the staff may be jolly and helpful that doesn’t forgive lack of attention or service to our table unfortunately . Coupled with the drunken locals ( swearing and shouting ) who are usually in and ultimately were asked to leave after glasses broken the atmosphere soured somewhat . The food is overpriced as is the wine . The quality of the food was acceptable .

Tanvi’s Indian Cuisine – WakefieldWe came on Friday 24th May. Beautiful busy Restaurant, really friendly attentive staff & it’s always nice to not be rushed. All our Starters were yummy. Our 6 mains tasted gorgeous from burgers to pastas, pork, Chicken. ( unfortunately no lamb left) everyone was very impressed. Some lovely choices to choose from and a Good choice of drinks. no draft on when we came but plenty of other choices to choose. The only very small minor thing for us was no new cutlery given from starters to mains & the staff was so busy so we needed to wait & ask but that was it. Think you would need to book as the restaurant was full. We will definitely be returning. Thanks again for an enjoyable meal.
Little Sicily – BridlingtonWe visit every month for our splendid Saturday lunch. The staff are superb, very welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble for them so they make our visits delightful. The only debit is that the prices are rather high but we cannot fault the service and the food is delicious.
Tocketts Mill Country Park and Restaurant – Guisboroughwe visited the restrauant on Friday at 6.30 pm for a meal for 4. The food was fine but the service was so bad. We asked for a jug of water which came but had to ask for glasses. We finished the main course and waited and waited for the plates to be cleared. Had to go to the bar for another jug of water and some drinks. No one to be seen waiting on, We eventually asked for coffees but nobody took an order and still the dirty plates remained on the table. We eventually asked for the bill without the service charge. I do not blame then young man who was serving us. He obviously had not been trained at all. The chef/owner?? came into the restaurant but was oblivious to what was going on in the restaurant as he was chatting to a group on a table. The restaurant was not busy at all Probably 12 people in all. We have been to the restaurant a number of times but found this time the prices were extremely high and a service charge added instead of being able to tip what we wanted. ADVICE TRAIN YOUR STAFF

The Goodluck Club – Leeds City CentreReally lovely meal at supper club as always, thank you. Noticeable that potions have decreased in order to maintain prices in these crazy times, but we both left feeling full, and used to find portions were unmanagably huge, so we both felt this was a positive step. It's lovely to not be rushed for a second sitting and staff are always lovely and super thoughtful about where best to accomodate our guide dog. In our tucked away corner our drinks and mains were both clearly forgotten, there were several new staff and they maybe need a bit more training. We thought the menu was slightly less innovative than some we have had here before, but still really tasty.

Panda Mami – YorkWe came for the tasting menu in May. It was amazing! I honestly think this was the best meal I've ever had, I enjoyed every part of it. I could have eaten it all again. The sweetcorn ribs were particularly fantastic. I'm vegan but my husband isn't and he loved the food too. There is such a lovely atmosphere there, the staff are really friendly and we had a wonderful evening.
