2nd meal at the Craven Arms in a week whilst on holiday in the area, first meal was great and this one didn’t disappoint, despite the pub and restaurant being fairly busy, the service was excellent from all the staff, would recommend a visit. We booked a table on line, which was super easy.
Craven Arms – SettleGreat atmosphere - very relaxed particularly as dogs are really welcomed downstairs. Food very substantial and tasty. Choice of food good. One of favourite places to visit.
Mistal Kitchen – OtleyWent 28 June with our friends. The food was excellent and the portions are generous. As other reviewers have said the food and atmosphere is just like being on holiday in Greece. You cannot tell the difference until you leave the building of course. The staff are friendly and attentive and work really hard. We will return.
The Aegean Taverna – HullWe visited for the first time yesterday, so glad we did. A lovely little place, cracking atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff...and very good food indeed! Highly recommended, we'll be back!

Luna Blu Cocktails and Tapas – YarmI always look forward to go to Maxi's for dim-sum. They have authentic dim sum items, lots of choices, and I never have enough space to try their main menu as well. Their roast meats (crispy pork belly, Canyonese roast duck and barbecue pork) are very good as well. Service is quick, the servers get to know you after a couple of visits.
Maxis – YorkSea bream was excellently cooked and well presented, my wife thoroughly enjoyed it. I had 3 of the appetizers in lieu of a main the Cyprus sausage, beetroot and koupes with chips of course. Excellent meal and washed down with a method !
The Aegean Taverna – HullThe menu has a good choice. I had an evening meal and breakfast. Dinner was excellent and I particularly like that local produce is used, Yorkshire Fettle cheese for example which is a feta type cheese. Very good quality food.

The Copper Cow – Sowerby BridgeVisited for the first time on Friday for food and drinks and I’m so glad we chose Luna Blu. Everything was great, the food was lovely and the drinks flowed! Shout out to the staff who couldn’t do enough for us.

Very nice food and actually felt like we were on holiday with the nice weather and smells and sounds of Greece. Good service and fair price point. We have the mixed grill platter for 2 and couldnt finish it so we took the rest home. Always nice to wash it down with a Mythos
